Dave did an exceptional job with our laundry room and mud room Reno. He communicated clearly every step of the way, and was always available if we had any questions about timelines or next steps. He was very conscious about keeping our space clean, and keeping noise minimal. We had a newborn at the time of our project, and he was always checking in to let us know when work would be getting louder. It was little courtesies like this that set Dave apart from others we’ve worked with. He finished the job In a great timeline and with exceptional skill. We have many bigger projects to tackle in the future, and we will be working with Dave on them without a doubt. Thanks Dave for your hard work!

We were very happy with Brouwer Home Renovations with the creation of our lower-level walkout living space. Our basement renovation included a full bathroom/laundry room upgrade; the installation of a full functional kitchen; all new trim and doors; new flooring; and, painting of the entire unit.

Dave stayed in touch and consulted us on the smallest details related to the project and advised us often of options and possible problems with our design choices. He was patient and professional while we considered different concepts and researched all of our ideas for us.

From tear down and clean up to the finest finishing details, Dave was a professional all the way. He took care of ordering and arranging delivery of all materials and appliances and removed all debris from the jobsite as each phase of the project was completed.

Dave’s choice of contractors was excellent and he managed all subcontractors (electrical, plumbing, drywall, painters) well. The quality of their work was outstanding. Dave certainly has an eye for detail and ensures that all finishes are to a very high standard.

We couldn’t be happier with our choice. Brouwer Home Renovations is an excellent company which we would recommend for your renovation without hesitation. Dave is very reliable and trustworthy.

Dave is trustworthy, reliable and pays attention to detail. He did an amazing job building a wood roof for my porch, an indoor stone fireplace wall, a pergola, and building storage shelves and putting in cabinets in my office and basement. He is skilled with doing a variety of jobs and will go the extra mile for his customers. He explained what he was doing, and as a non handy person this made a world of difference. I highly recommend Dave for any home renovation project!
