This is our 3rd time using Deltar Construction. This time they renovated our laundry room. Custom cabinets were added, stackable washer/dryer, with a nice counter and sink. They also replaced our regular door with a pocket door, and it's so much nicer, and takes up less space.
They did an amazing job and we are very happy with the result.
They were prompt, professional and very detail oriented.
Obviously we were very happy with them since this is our 3rd time using them.
I have attached before and after photos for the laundry room reno.
Note: as mentioned this is our 3rd time using Deltar Construction. The first time they finished our basement level. The second time they renovated our main floor, including a new kitchen, and knocking out a wall so that our kitchen connects to the dining room, and the laundry room is the 3rd time.
For some reason Google only allows one review by one person for a company. So my old reviews may have disappeared.

I highly recommend Darryl and his team! I had Deltar totally renovate my kitchen and on suite bathroom. The team kept me informed on when they would be at my home. The work they performed was always on schedule and budget! Super work!

We contracted Deltar Construction to complete a partial upgrade to our ensuite bathroom. From our first interaction with Darrell and Tara, we felt completely at ease. They understood our vision completely and worked with us through the completion of the project. Every person that worked on the bathroom proved not only to be wonderful at their trade, but they were friendly, respectful and communicated their schedules and requirements clearly. We have a busy household, with 2 dogs and moving schedules, and the addition of people working in the home, never felt like a burden, which is actually quite incredible. I think the photos speak for themselves. We are thrilled with the end product, and would absolutely work with Deltar in the future! 10/10 would recommend.

Great experience with Darrell and the team at Deltar Construction. We embarked on a major main floor renovation and the team at Deltar delivered a high quality product, on time and on budget.

The project scope included the entire main floor of our home, including the removal of load bearing walls. Deltar provided a detailed project schedule up front, and I was impressed with their ability to stick to it. Each of the trades (plumbing, electrical, tile, etc) were friendly and trustworthy. When minor issues came up, because they inevitably will with any major renovation, they were handled professionally and fairly.

I appreciated Darrell's change order updates that made it clear how decisions we were making were impacting the overall budget, ensuring there were no last minute surprises.

We're so happy with the end result. Would use Deltar again and would recommend.

I have experience with many contractors. Deltar completed our large renovation project on time and to a high standard, and they also undertook unexpected extra work (at no extra charge) when our hidden site conditions were worse than expected. Darrell at Deltar is notable for excellent record-keeping. We did have a couple of extras, but there were no disputes because we always knew exactly what we were getting and what it would cost. If I had a similar project, I would call Darrell again and even wait until he was available. Highly recommended.
