HR Quality Construction Ltd.

We entrusted Brandon and Connor at HR Quality Construction Campbell River with some critical repairs and restoration work with our 59-year-old two-story 1800 sq/ft house. After my initial conversation with Brandon it was obvious he was quite professional and a high-level communicator, taking into account my concerns an offering me multiple options moving forward. Although initially we needed a leaky window and potentially rotten section of exterior wall repaired, we decided to add more repairs to the job that had built up over the years and allow HR Quality Construction to take care of it, in one massive restoration. Stripping all stucco, installing new siding, repairing a deck, replacing windows, framing-in exterior doors and knocking out/rebuilding an exterior wall were some of the concurrent activities the crew was taking on repairing our home. These guys understand how to manage time and resources and nothing was wasted throughout the day. HR Quality Construction utilized an electrician, drywaller, painter and a vinyl deck specialist to help complete the renovation and everyone was incredibly good at what they do. Quality is in the company's name for a reason as the craftsmanship and attention to detail displayed throughout the job was outstanding. The deck, complemented with rough cut fur for the stairs, railings banisters Etc. is rock solid. It looks absolutely incredible as does the siding, windows and exterior doors. Overall it was an incredibly positive 10/10 experience having Brandon and Connor on the property each day working on our house. We weren't just glad to find HR Quality Construction, I consider ourselves lucky. We will definitely be seeking out their expertise in the future for some interior repairs that are well past due. HRQ completed a repair on our detached garage earlier this month after a car crashed into it. Brandon went out of his way to provide advice on the situation and repairs were squeezed in between a few big jobs they had on the go. What was originally quoted was completed and even came in roughly $900 below budget. We had received a recommendation to go with HRQ from our mortgage broker and will use them again in the future! Thank you

Brandon and Connor built a shop on our property. They were in constant contact with us, keeping us informed throughout the entire build. The end result was exactly what we wanted, came in under budget and we couldn’t be happier with their workmanship. Highly recommend them.

I called Brandon with a concern over our living room exterior wall. He quickly diagnosed carpenter ants and water damage. These guys replaced 9 large windows along with the whole exterior wall of our living room. We have at least 30 ft ceilings. I was nervous about the project but they kept me informed through out the project. They worked diligently and completed this big job in a timely manner. The quality of the workmanship was impeccable. I highly recommend this company and will call them with our construction needs in the future.

HR Quality construction are builders in Campbell River, they go the extra mile to see that their client gets the best job done. Always able to get questions answered very quickly. As I'm another contractor it's rare to find guys that want everyone they work with to succeed and give the client a professional job. Looking forward to many more projects with them.
