Top Island Construction

Alan and Caleb at Top Island Construction just finished up a large (for us) reno that consisted of completely tearing down a large concrete deck and the storage room built underneath it to replace with a completely new vinyl deck, and refinishing the exterior house wall under it. We are extremely pleased with all aspects! They did a phenomenal job with the construction and craftmanship. They were both highly knowledgeable and honest about required adjustments as the project went along. Alan was also very cognizant of sticking to the quoted price he provided, and was able to stay within that quote even with a few unexpected extras that popped up. They worked quickly and efficiently and completed our project in a very timely manner. And to top it off - they are both really great guys on a personal level. We absolutely will hire them back for future projects and HIGHLY recommend them.

I reached out to Top Island Construction regarding my shed, within two days they were able to take a look at it and gave me honest feedback that it wasn’t worth saving and for cost saving- it would be best to get a Costco plastic shed. Appreciated his honesty and tips on how to remove my shed. Would definitely recommend them.

Alan and his crew at Top Island Construction did an awesome job on my reno project. They were honest, hard working, efficient, punctual, tidy, polite and professional. The advice was insightful and the quality of the work was impressive. The quote was accurate and the price was fair. I would highly recommend Alan for any of your construction needs. Many thanks for helping me out! I will call you back for future jobs.

The level of service we received, along with the knowledge and craftsmanship of Top Island Enterprises who worked on our home was stellar and meticulous. The scope of work required a large amount of construction ahead of the restoration and all was sequenced and completed in seamless fashion. Moreover, the quality and care put into each and every task was remarkable. The end result of our home was a transformation that we never thought possible and all at a price that was extremely competitive. Without hesitation, we recommend Top Island enterprises Ltd. to anyone having need of their services. Not only was our project a complete success, but we will continue our relationship by using Alan Hein again.
