I had a wonderful experience when I found LH Construction to redo my old wood deck to update it a composite deck. I interviewed several contractors and Lance and his team was the most knowledgeable, honest contractor I met. They provided options and suggestions to build me a beautiful deck within my budget and worked with me to obtain that budget. During the process they asked questions, provided options and even accommodated my changes when I did not originally consider adding steps to my grassy area. They accommodated that change without going over my budget. Lance has excellent communication during the process. He gave me a window of when they would start my project and committed to it. During the project his lead Hyrum very knowledgeable and team were prompt on time each day and committed to my project. They focused on my project until it was completed. I can't thank them enough for the hard work they did and providing me a beautiful new composite deck that turned out better than my expectations. Lance and his team did an oustanding job as expected. Lance set up and coordinated with all the subs and ensured the project went smoothly and in a timely fashion. Some contractors will juggle jobs and not completing in a timely fashion but Lance focused on our project all the way through completion. His team discussed each aspect of the build out or brought up recomendations to make sure it was built to our expectations. Lance and his team rebuilt our aging deck. The team was on schedule, in budget and was flexible to work with me on the best outcome possible. You don't know what you are going to encounter with a remodel until the work starts, and Lance was able to achieve more that we originally agreed to once everything was demo'ed and we could properly evaluate the job. When all the trades are so busy, it's nice to work with folks who are honest and still make the extra effort.
