Great experience working with EZPro! This was our first renovation project and they made it very easy for us. From the extensive design appointment and seeing our vision in 3D to the helpful app to know the progress being made, it was all a very pleasant experience. They even finished a week early which is rare. Our Project Manager James was very communicative and would respond right away to any questions we had. Highly recommend them to anyone!
EzPro did a complete master bathroom renovation for me and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. The work they did for me gets a 5+++++! From my salesman, Michael, and designer, Liz, through every workman involved, they provided excellent workmanship and professionalism while being friendly and respectful of my home.While my project manager, James, set realistic expectations, explaining timeframe and that some days there might not be a workman on site, there actually was work being done every single day M-F, including on 2 Mondays following weekend ice and snow storms. On one of those ice covered mornings, the workman helped my neighbor shovel my driveway!James was consistently on site ensuring details were taken care of and communicating effectively with me when needed. While everything was handled in an exemplary manner, James went above and beyond with some added touches that I am sooooo appreciative of!I wish I knew the names of all those wonderful craftsmen that created a masterpiece for me so I could mention all by name but I typically left the house to be completely out of their way. I was here when Andy was taking care of finishing touches and I was very impressed with his attention to detail.EZPro has a fantastic process with all parties engaged, working as an obvious true team effort from beginning to end. A great plus is the Buildertrend app they use allowing the home owner to know exactly what is being scheduled each day. Another hats off to James for his diligence in always keeping that app updated.Just look at the 2 before pictures of that ugly duck bathroom and the gorgeous new bathroom I now have!I highly recommend EZPro and would use them again in a heartbeat! We had an outstanding experience with EZ Pro Kitchen and Bath in Cary, especially Jeff Palmer. From start to finish, the team was professional, organized, and genuinely easy to work with. Communication was crystal clear the whole way through, streamlined, consistent, and delivered in multiple formats so we always knew exactly what was happening and what was coming next.They completely remodeled my grandmother’s kitchen from top to bottom, and it looks absolutely fantastic. Every part of the project was on time, scheduled well, and executed with terrific craftsmanship. On top of that, they also installed a half bath on the main level, handling everything from start to finish, including making it handicap accessible.What stood out most was how Jeff treated my grandmother. He genuinely treated her like she was his own grandmother. We felt like family, and he managed the entire project with clarity and precision, listened to our concerns, and made sure everything went smoothly and turned out beautifully.I would recommend EZ Pro without hesitation for any kitchen or bath project. EZPro Kitchen & Bath were professionals and customer focused from initial site walk-through, presentations, design meetings, procurement and thru the entire construction phase and close-out! Their pricing was competitive, fair and reasonable on their initial Proposal and all requested Change Orders. Their onsite crews performing demolition, framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, mechanical (gas piping), cabinets, tile work, countertops, painting, trim out and final cleaning performed with quality workmanship and attention to detail. Dust Control with Hepa filtered negative air machines and dust partitions were very helpful. Special call outs to their Designer Hannah, Project Manager Jeff Palmer and Carpenter Jeffrey were excellent and ensured Owner satisfaction was achieved throughout the entire process augmenting their 5-Year Quality of Workmanship that exceeds all of their competitors we obtained Proposals from.
James and his team of expert craftspeople were courteous, clean and very skilled at their specialties. We love our new main bathroom with its beautiful design and features. Couldn’t be happier with EZPro and the great addition to our home. Appreciate Dennis, designer Hannah and Permit Guru Elaine for all the prep work too.
