Steve is a pro. Detailed planning. Fantastic Communication. Smooth Projects. From someone in construction and that's worked closely with him...Noble Renovations is one of the best.
I’ve had the opportunity to meet regularly with Steve over the past six months as part of a professional peer group of renovation contractors. From the very beginning, it was clear that Steve brings a high level of thoughtfulness and integrity to his work.We have talked through details of projects he's working on and some that I've worked on. One example was a recent home addition where in the framing phase, he realized a finish detail wasn't going to line up with the customer's expectation. This was a small detail the client may not have ever noticed but Steve saw this conflict coming weeks or months ahead of when it would be evident to anyone else. Steve handled the situation proactively: he took full ownership, thought through options carefully, and worked collaboratively with the homeowner to land on a solution that prioritized what mattered most to the client. That kind of professionalism is worth highlighting.I’ve also seen how he invests in his team, intentionally hiring less experienced members so that he can mentor them into capable professionals. Over the past several years, his project manager has grown into a dependable renovator — a transformation that reflects Steve’s patience, commitment and ability to teach. This doesn’t just strengthen his company; it strengthens the renovation industry as a whole. If you’re looking for a remodeler who cares deeply about doing the right thing and delivering a thoughtful, well-crafted project, Noble Renovation is a company you can trust.
Noble Renovation has been an absolute breath of fresh air! We were looking for someone who will be respectful and helpful to us as we determine exactly what we needed to do. We run a business from our house and Steve has kindly guided us through the thought processes around planning for our projects. There are so many different ways that people approach construction projects but having the team at Nobel Renovation gently guide is the design and planning process is why we continue to work with them.Having the owner leading production is such a huge help. The workers onsite truly care about their work product and the attention to detail that Steve brings out through the planning process is highlighted during the build process. When you need a project done right the first time, the first step is to contact Noble Renovation!
We worked with Noble Renovation to finish out our basement and it was a great experience for us. From starting of the project to end of the project everything worked as a well oiled machinery! We worked with Raul during the intial design phase and he was outstanding in providing his recommendations, accomodating our schedule and answering all our questions/concerns as well as guiding us in making the selections that make the whole project even wonderful. It was pleasure working with Raul.During the construction phase, Colton was our project manager and he is the best project manager you could have asked for. He was always available through call/texts/in-person whenever you have any quetions/concerns. Made sure that everything is on track and always had a attitude of yes it can be done.Again we are very pleased with the whole project and would recommend Noble Renovation to anyone without any hesitation.
We are very pleased with the work done by Noble Renovation on our house and we happily recommend them. The work scope included the addition of a ground floor primary bedroom and bathroom as well as some significant remodeling of ground floor space to provide a scullery, laundry room, powder room, and elevator. The changes have greatly enhanced the livability and functionality of our home and prepared it so we can comfortably age-in-place. The project had to deal with a number of design complications because of the layout of the house on our lot and the need to integrate the addition with our existing structures and pool.Steve worked effectively with our architect and engineer to refine the design prior to the beginning of demolition and construction. He provided many good ideas for saving cost and helpful ideas for enhancing functionality and appearance. Raul’s assistance in selecting materials and furnishings was very helpful. The ability to provide 3D visualizations was very helpful for us to make decisions with confidence. We appreciated that we didn’t feel rushed or pressured when making selections. The quality of the work was very good. We were pleased with all of the subcontractors who worked on our house. Everyone did a good job of keeping the construction mess under control and cleaning up at the end of each day.Project management for this long and involved project was very good. There were very few days when somebody was not working on the house, so we always felt we were making steady progress. We’ve observed from other projects that this cannot be taken for granted.Good communication is important on a construction project. We were pleased with the way Steve and Colton kept us appraised of who would be showing up and when and what work would be done. The Job Tread program was a useful tool for staying abreast of the work and for communicating. It was helpful to be able to track progress through the photos posted there.Overall, we were very pleased to work with Noble Renovation, from design through project completion. Steve and his team were very conscientious, and the project went as smoothly as we could have hoped for. We are very happy with the improvements made to our home and we look forward to enjoying them for many years.
