We had a wonderful experience for our shower remodels! Rodrigo came out to do our initial consultation and when we were ready to move forward, we met with Rebekah to discuss our design and concept. She helped us figure out what would work best for our taste and home design. Mark and Ben then came out and met with us. Mark was our main point of contact and he communicated with us frequently. Garron worked really hard to get our remodel done in a timely manner and made sure to communicate any adjustments or desires we had on some of the smaller details. All the subcontractors they worked with were great too. They were all professional, respectful, trustworthy and transparent and did absolutely beautiful and quality work! Our updated showers are gorgeous and function much better than they did before! We highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done to their home!

We had a kitchen remodel in fall of 2024. After 1 year, we are still quite pleased. Nicole helped considerably in selecting colors-back splash tile, countertops, and cabinets. Workmanship was excellent. Everything in the kitchen is square and plumb even though the house is 30+ years old.
The contractor started when they said they would and were generally very good with schedule.
The only shortfall: the contractor reviewed materials up front to make sure they had everything to complete the remodel. We had 2 different cabinet colors so we needed 2 different trim colors. Unfortunately the checker did not note colors of trim pieces. At the end of the project when they discovered the missing trim pieces, (too much of 1 color and not enough of the other) it was rather slow to get the last trim pieces.
Price was reasonable. You get what you pay for.
We are very happy with our new kitchen. We recommended Phx home remodeling to our next door neighbor who also chose them for their kitchen remodel.
If we were doing another remodel, we would use Phx home remodeling again.

I used Phoenix Home Remodeling to change out a tub and shower into a shower and dry off area. The process of selecting the design was so easy and the design consultant was very nice. We had to go twice because the tile we picked the first time was not in stock anymore, but no biggie. The project manager kept us informed throughout the entire process, from when they will start to when they'd be done. The use of the BuilderTrend site was extremely easy and allowd us to communicate effectively and pay invoices easily. Every day they were on site they kept the work area clean and protected the walk ways they'd be using throughout the home. They always let us know when they'd be back next; they were always on time. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home.

We could not be happier with Phoenix Home Remodeling! From the time we met them to discuss the project, through the design process, and to the completion of the remodel, they were always on time, clear in their communication, and providing excellent work.

Our remodel project touched every room in our house, so making sure we had a complete and cohesive design and construction plan was important. The design team was thoughtful in their suggestions and helped us create a design we truly loved.

When it came time to start the construction phase, the team was on time and had everything ready to go. There were no surprises with this crew. Even though we had a large project, they kept the work area neat and tidy. The team working on the house was always happy and helpful to explain what was happening during each phase, even taking time to explain to our children what was happening to the house.

We have peace of mind knowing that our home was worked on by such a professional team and that they back it up with their warranty. I would highly recommend Phoenix Home Remodeling to anyone looking for a quality contractor to work on their home.
