I cannot tell you how many people have come to my house and said ‘it looks like it should be there, like it’s always been there.’ We previously had an open concept dining room space, with two passthrough arches that had been used for a dining room, and recently a kids play/homework space, and I had my heart set on an enclosed office with a future library wall. I was referred to Sunstate Remodeling by friends, and never looked back. Communication was top notch: email, text, phone, and through their portal. Unlike many remodeling projects, my family and pets and I remained in house, and their team did a great job protecting our existing living area and ensuring my pets had a barrier to keep them out as well. The project stayed on time and on budget, and I already started adding shelving to my new wall! Thank you Sunstate!

If you want the VERY best company to remodel rooms in your home, choose Sunstate. No joke. We are in love with our kitchen and bathrooms. We were referred to Sunstate by two different neighbors. After we saw their remodels, we contacted Sunstate. As soon as we met and explained our vision, we moved forward and could not be happier. Sunstate is a very experienced company and had so many ideas and improvements to our vision that we now wonder how we could have lived without them!
I work from home, have 2 dogs and a cat with me daily. The crews that were in our home daily were professional, courteous and respectful. They made this entire process so easy for us and we are forever grateful. It has now been almost two years since completion, and we are still ecstatic with our end result. We would not change one thing.

They were very professional, gave us a plan, met with us many times to make sure we were all on the same page, were very detail oriented and the final product was amazing. They were priced competitively and we sold the house for a great price. Everyone loved the final look. We plan to buy a fixer in the next year and we will do business with them again.
