A Modern Touch Home Renovations

I’d like to thank A Modern Touch and Sam for taking the time to provide honest, professional advice. Even before any work began, Sam was knowledgeable, clear, and genuinely helpful. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values doing things the right way and truly cares about guiding clients in the best direction. Highly recommended.

We’ve done two kitchen renovations and a bathroom addition with Sam and are very pleased with the outcomes. Sam didn’t cut any corners and was very timely and efficient in getting our projects completed. He helped with our creative planning and incorporated several custom components into our kitchen that helped our vision become reality.

5 Stars – Highly Recommend! We recently completed our second full home renovation and couldn’t be happier with the results, all thanks to Sam at A Modern Touch. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. Sam transformed our outdated house into a bright, modern, and functional home for our two kids. We renovated our entire home (living room, kitchen, three bathrooms, basement, all new windows, etc), and each space now feels brand new. The kitchen remodel especially blew us away with cabinetry, quartz countertops, and sleek finishes. The bathroom renovation was also top-notch—modern tilework, upgraded fixtures, and a clean design. Sam’s attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to staying on budget and on time made a huge difference. Sam listened to our vision, made suggestions, and delivered results that exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and professional general contractor for your home remodel or renovation project, I can’t recommend Sam highly enough. We will absolutely be working with him again in the future!
