I own a condo in Uptown and recently had water damage, and a friend of mine recommended I call Rumsey. Josh came out and truly handled everything from drying, mediation and demo to making sure the reconstruction was exactly how I wanted it . His professionalism and communication were top-notch. Every time I called, he answered, which made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. He went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met and that nothing fell through the cracks. This is not your fly-by- night restoration company. I couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rumsey. A special thanks to Josh and the entire team. I would absolutely recommend Rumsey to anyone dealing with water damage.

We had a dishwasher leak over time that caused extensive floor damage. From mitigation to restoration Rumsey C&R did a great job. As project manager of the restoration, Stephen Appell kept me well informed of the process and coordinated with the construction crew to ensure timely repair. Reeves Harvey coordinated selection of the new flooring and paint and was great to work with. Charles (I don’t know his last name) brought in a great crew of well skilled people. They performed the work quickly, neatly and the kitchen looks fantastic! Thank you men for taking such good care of us.

Supervisor Trey Allen communicated with me every step of the way and reassured me that he was in contact with the insurance company as the process was going on. Had a pipe leak in crawl space on 12/23/25. Fatman plumbing fixed the issue but we needed a clean up specialist and he recommended Rumsey Restoration. So glad he referred them to us! It was late in the evening and Josh was terrific! Dealing w owners that experience a leak and water requires patience and kindness. Josh and Trey were so understanding and considerate. Made our ordeal so much easier to deal with. I would highly recommend Rumsey Restoration. Response time was quick. Communications were excellent.
