After 9 long months of being displaced from our home due to a plumbing line leak, we were finally able to move back in with an amazing new kitchen! From the very beginning, our insurance company was such a hassle and fought us tooth and nail. Daniel stuck with us the entire time, offering words of encouragement along with his expertise in dealing with insurance. Once we were finally able to get things started, he made sure to communicate with us every step of the way and answered all of our questions. Daniel and his team even continued work when our air conditioning unit broke down and helped us repair and replace our ceiling that was on the verge of collapsing. Even when we had to be out of our rental house, they spent the final weekends, working all day to make sure everything was perfect when we returned. We had a broken pipe in our kitchen that destroyed our cabinets and flooring. Initially we intended on fixing the pipe and living with the damage. The plumber said the damages were too extensive and we would need to replace the cabinets and flooring.Insurance adjusters assessed the damage and offered us 1/5th of the cost to repair the damage.We heard of Daniel Gleaton and saw his work personally from another friends home repairs. We admired the exceptional quality and detail he poured into his work. He was our first and only choice as we knew we wanted his expertise in our kitchen repair. He was very gracious and made us one of his highest priorities.Upon completing his assessment of the repairs he stated he would do his best to help us get our full coverage for the repairs. To our shock, the insurance company agreed to his analysis of the repairs and provided us with 100% of the repairs!Because Daniel took the time to care about of predicament and guide us in the repair process, we now have a brand new kitchen and flooring in our house! Where do I even begin!? Daniel and his team turned a nightmare scenario into a dream come true. We had a leak damage our kitchen and floors, this was the first time we have ever had to deal with a major issue like this so we didn't even know where to begin. Gleaton Construction was recommended to us and after reading the reviews we didn't look anywhere else. Daniel came out to assess the damage the same day we called, he was very quick to work with our budget and get us a reasonable estimate. He was very patient while we dealt with the insurance company and as soon as that was settled he sent his team in the very next day. His team was knowledgeable, professional, punctual...bht our favorite thing was their personalities. Daniel hires the best of the best, we truly enjoyed dealing with him, it felt more like dealing with a friend we have known forever, so it was a pleasant surprise to know his crew was equally as great. Personalities aside they were all perfectionists, they made sure every single thing done was done a perfect as possible. Not once did we have to "follow up" because Daniel and the crew were always on top of it.
