After 9 long months of being displaced from our home due to a plumbing line leak, we were finally able to move back in with an amazing new kitchen! From the very beginning, our insurance company was such a hassle and fought us tooth and nail. Daniel stuck with us the entire time, offering words of encouragement along with his expertise in dealing with insurance. Once we were finally able to get things started, he made sure to communicate with us every step of the way and answered all of our questions. Daniel and his team even continued work when our air conditioning unit broke down and helped us repair and replace our ceiling that was on the verge of collapsing. Even when we had to be out of our rental house, they spent the final weekends, working all day to make sure everything was perfect when we returned. Daniel and his team went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and we couldn’t be happier with the final outcome. We had a broken pipe in our kitchen that destroyed our cabinets and flooring. Initially we intended on fixing the pipe and living with the damage. The plumber said the damages were too extensive and we would need to replace the cabinets and flooring. Insurance adjusters assessed the damage and offered us 1/5th of the cost to repair the damage. We heard of Daniel Gleaton and saw his work personally from another friends home repairs. We admired the exceptional quality and detail he poured into his work. He was our first and only choice as we knew we wanted his expertise in our kitchen repair. He was very gracious and made us one of his highest priorities. Upon completing his assessment of the repairs he stated he would do his best to help us get our full coverage for the repairs. To our shock, the insurance company agreed to his analysis of the repairs and provided us with 100% of the repairs! Because Daniel took the time to care about of predicament and guide us in the repair process, we now have a brand new kitchen and flooring in our house! We are truly blessed and very grateful for all that Daniel and his company has done for us! If you want your house repaired, done correctly, and no shortcuts taken. His company is the best for the job. They are a one stop shop for most repairs. Flooring, cabinetry manufacturing, cabinetry customization, trim work, installation is all done by him. Where do I even begin!? Daniel and his team turned a nightmare scenario into a dream come true. We had a leak damage our kitchen and floors, this was the first time we have ever had to deal with a major issue like this so we didn't even know where to begin. Gleaton Construction was recommended to us and after reading the reviews we didn't look anywhere else. Daniel came out to assess the damage the same day we called, he was very quick to work with our budget and get us a reasonable estimate. He was very patient while we dealt with the insurance company and as soon as that was settled he sent his team in the very next day. His team was knowledgeable, professional, punctual...bht our favorite thing was their personalities. Daniel hires the best of the best, we truly enjoyed dealing with him, it felt more like dealing with a friend we have known forever, so it was a pleasant surprise to know his crew was equally as great. Personalities aside they were all perfectionists, they made sure every single thing done was done a perfect as possible. Not once did we have to "follow up" because Daniel and the crew were always on top of it. The only "bad" thing about it is that now we want to remodel our whole house because of how good they are at their job. Thank you Gleaton Construction! We look forward to working with you again.

From start to finish, Daniel Gleaton and his crew were true professionals. Dan is disciplined, honest and easygoing. We would absolutely recommend Dan to anyone, without reservation! Due to major water damage in our kitchen and family room we had to have everything replaced. The initial insurance adjuster gave a very unrealistic estimate. Dan carefully submitted his own estimate, using his skills to create a fair and reasonable price that included items the adjuster had missed. Dan, his crew, and his carefully selected electrician, drywall guys, plumber, cabinet maker, gas contractor, painters and granite company were all the best! They all knew Daniel’s high standards and they all came through perfectly. Everyone we dealt with was timely, courteous, highly skilled and willing to answer questions or make adjustments. We could not be more pleased with our beautiful new kitchen and family room. Dan checked in with us regularly by phone and in person to check each step of the process.
