Lakeside is doing work at my neighbors house. The 3 guys Corey, Jake, and Josh have done a terrific job representing Lakeside. Their work looks great and the guys are very nice. Even though the work was not done at my house I would recommend the company just based on them. Great job need more people like you!

Lakeside did great work for us putting in a covered/screened-in deck. They were a well oiled machine and the quality of work was top notch. Garrett was great helping with the design/planning and Jon, Gerald and their whole crew were awesome to work with. Towards the end when I asked a couple questions about mounting a tv on the siding, Jon even offered for them to handle it for me which was a huge help and probably saved me a tv falling off the side of the house. Overall, great experience and thrilled with the final product.
Lakeside R&D (LRD) added a sun room addition to our home where the deck was off our kitchen. Our goal was to make it look like it has always been part of the original house. From the time we met with their sales representative, through the design and the construction it has been nothing but the best experience. Lakeside R&D Project Manager kept us informed of all the activities and schedule from start to finish. From demolition of the deck, foundation dig and pouring, patio grading and pouring, framing, roofing, electrician, HVAC, plumbing for gas line for our grill, drywall, insulation, windows and door, flooring, siding and finish trim work for the windows and skylights, planter shelf and beam and painting was completed by people that had perfection in mind. The LRD employees and subcontractors were just amazing and we were blown away by their knowledge, workmanship and skill level they brought to our addition. The trim team didn’t just slap up standard trim they took the time to add character to the window ledges and beam with rounded router edges. When the city inspector completed his framing inspection he told us that this addition is one of the most solid framings he has seen. I know this a long review but the room addition turned out awesome. Also wanted to mention that the project started on March 11, 2025 and the project final completion where we shook hands and said farewell was May 5, 2025. We highly recommend Lakeside Renovations and Design and will use them for all our future projects.Kim & Tracey
Working with lakeside was incredible!! From the very beginning in the planning stages to the end. Lakeside really went out of their way to accomplish the look that we were going for in making our dream spot come to life!!. Everyone of the contractors we worked with were super friendly and their work was hands down the best I have seen around. I would highly recommend using them for any home project in the future.
