MDT, Derek and Mike, Craig and Brandon, and the many other guys who came to our house to fix everything: We are feeling so much appreciation for all you guys have done from the beginning and how much you've cared about our situation, all of you, especially Derek - he went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. You guys met and exceeded our expectations by genuinely caring about the outcome and it showed every time your team worked on our home, and especially in every single interaction with Derek.

You certainly gave us that confidence and rest-easy feeling we have been longing for. The wait was painful but it's all behind us now, and when it rains, or hails, or winds gust, now, we're practically dancing! We feel secure in our home thanks to you guys.

Every night, they tidy up so that it's not a crazy construction zone in our kitchen. They've been GREAT an social distancing, which I really appreciate. I feel really taken care of and safe! THANKS GUYS!
