We could have gone with a couple of different builders for our project, but we are very glad we chose the great Northwest team. We chose them as the perfect combination of generational experience that Paul has earned and the excitement that Tyler has for new and modern builds. Both are honest, hardworking and just great people to talk to and work with. They had plenty of opportunity to loose there cool or argue with us or trades, but never did. Their friendly and corporative nature is what got us through what is a very stressful time. Their sub trades all like them and they worked well with the trades that we secured - even our big city architect enjoyed working with them and felt they asked all the right questions are cared about doing the best job they could. Other builders may have fancier software to report costing etc, but I'm not sure we could have found more honest people in construction who are a pleasure to work with.

I could not recommend them more. A year earlier, we had finished a frustrating renovation with a different builder. I was dreading our construction before it started. It ended up being wonderful. The team truly cares about its customers, takes accountability and communicated openly through the whole process. Of course it didn’t all go perfect- its construction and there are a hundred variables and other parties involved. But Tyler was wonderful and thoughtful and we will be forever grateful for his leadership in building our home.
