We considered working with Friendly Remodeling for a full house remodeling project, but we didn't and I'm glad we didn't!!!We learned from Nate, their project manager, that we needed the city permit given one structural wall was being removed. During our first interview, we liked Nate and decided to work with him and his architecture to prepare the necessary package for the city. If we find them a good fit, we would have them remodel our house and I'm so glad we didn't sign a contract then. While friendly and professional, Nate was ill-informed in many areas and passive in solving the problems that arose. Their architect was rude and dismissive, hung up the phone on me during one of our conference calls, and didn't cooperate with our engineer. We ended up not working with them because, it took Nate and his architecture 7months (instead of the 3weeks originally promised) to prepare the architectural plans, my engineer 3 weeks to prepare his plans for city submission, a month and a half for city approval, and 4months of remodel work by another contractor. With how things went during those 7months, I couldn't imagine them handling my big remodel. While the team is definitely friendly but not experienced, proactive, and resourceful. They might be ok with a small remodel of a spare bath, but not a big project.
I recently had to gut my house due the flood in January and was forced to rent a place for me and my family to stay while we let our house air out and be disinfected. Due to this I need a contractor who would begin asap but obviously I didn’t want to sacrifice quality. Amit came out and gave us an estimate very quickly and offered to start within days. I ended up choosing him and I am very pleased and he finished on time as he promised. I decided I would paint myself since I have a sprayer so his crew even covered all my new flooring they installed so I could paint. Very pleased and I would definitely recommend to anyone needing work on your home! Here’s some before and after pics. They dry walled and textured, leveled floors and replaced flooring along with replacing my interior doors!

Amit and his crew were absolutely INCREDIBLE!! We decided to do a bathroom remodel and got quotes from various companies. When I met with Amit, he was honest and understood what we wanted to do. He was very communicative and talked with us every step of the way.
