I would sincerely recommend McCann to anyone seeking professionalism, honesty and integrity in a contractor. John and Patrick respected our home, provided quality workmanship and kept us informed of what to expect each day. They are a high-end team and I would not hesitate to use them again on any future projects.

We hired the McCann Custom Remodeling team to do a shower remodel in our master bedroom. John, Patrick, and the rest of the team were professional, trustworthy, and very attentive to detail. Communication was always very prompt. They identified issues in our bathroom that we didn't know about and presented them honestly. It was apparent to us that they care about doing things the "right" way. They took care to protect our floors during the remodel and left the house in great condition when they were done. We are extremely happy with the results and look forward to working with the team for future house remodel projects. See for yourself how nicely our shower turned out! Thanks again, McCann Team!!

We had a wonderful experience with McCann. We were a bit nervous about hiring a contractor after a difficult experience and Patrick, John, and team were so reassuring, confident, and professional that we moved forward with them. They were clear in their communication, expectations, and timeline, and made sure that everything was done to the highest standards and done “the right way”. Our inspections were passed and my husband and I are confident that our room is safe and useable. We really enjoyed working with them and love our new space!

My husband and I hired McCann Custom Remodeling for a deck remodel and were simply amazed by the quality of work that was completed. We were so excited to get the deck we wanted and within a reasonable time frame during one of the hardest times ever. (Covid-19) They did all they could for us to receive a great outcome and we appreciate all their hard work. We also appreciated many other things about this company like the daily clean up & removal of old items, always showing up on time & the communication we received. We will definitely refer them to all our family and friends! Thank you

We were so pleased with McCann Custom Remodeling. John was extremely helpful and professional. McCann installed a new composite deck for us. Throughout the project, John made a number of suggestions to improve the project overall - He really knows his business! McCann is reliable, honest, fair and talented. We highly recommend them for your next project. They truly are carpenters with class.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does McCann set project prices?
It uses a fixed-price contract. If the project is built to its predetermined specifications, the charge is the contract amount.
What happens at McCann's first meeting?
There is no fee; the meeting covers design ideas, a preliminary budget and project feasibility.
How soon does McCann visit, and what affects the project schedule?
The first home visit is scheduled within a week of initial contact. Construction timing depends on design scope and sometimes product selections; McCann provides a realistic time frame after the meeting.
Does McCann require permits for every remodel?
McCann says a permit is always needed for structural changes such as adding a deck or an addition; smaller projects may not need one.
