I've worked with Fraser on a commercial property that I manage remotely. He is extremely knowledgeable, dependable, and consistently completes work in a timely manner.
He communicates clearly, interacts well with tenants and vendors, and handles projects professionally from start to finish. Managing a property from a distance requires trust, and he has earned mine.
I recommend him highly.

Fraser is meticulous and a perfectionist - excellent traits for a contractor. He worked well with us, and I would use him again.

Fraser came to replace the trim in our home and did the most incredible job of bringing back the character we were looking for. He was extremely responsive, clean and detailed with his work. So good in fact that my wife now keeps coming up with ideas for other projects. I’d give 6/5 stars if I could!

My husband Allen and I are so happy with Fraser Contracting. Fraser, Connor, and James remodeled our guest bathroom that desperately needed updating. We absolutely adore the new bathroom we have now! We cannot sing Fraser and his team's praises enough.
Fraser's communication was immaculate every step of the way, from start to finish (SO much better than every other contractor we've used). Like the other reviews mention, they were so incredibly clean and organized as well.
This project was worth every penny! I especially appreciated how Fraser was willing to work with us to bring the project to as fair of a price as possible. If you're researching which contractor to go with for a remodel, pick Fraser!!! I will 100% be reaching back out to Fraser someday for future remodels of our home.

Fraser Contracting did an absolutely stunning job on my bathroom. Not only did they fix the plumbing issues I had but also updated the electrical. I now have an exhaust fan which is a game changer. When I came to them with a complicated tile pattern for my shower surround, it was expertly executed. Really all the finish work is gorgeous.
All of the work was done with solid communication and professionalism. Fraser’s team is very very skilled and they also did a great job of minimizing mess as they worked.
I will gladly hire them again for future home remodel projects.
