I had a fire in my house on July 20th 2025. The master bath, master bedroom and the closest were torn down to studs by the demo team. Then New Beginnings construction came in the do the remodel. I am very happy that New beginnings was recommended for the reconstruction. They have been very professional, have always cleaned the work site before leaving for the day and I have never felt left out of the loop. Terry runs all the crews, so he stays very busy keeping things running smoothly with all the crews in Columbia. He has always come by the house every day either to bring supplies or to talk with me or Spencer. Spencer is the only person working on my house lately as we are getting close to finishing. Spencer is amazing he even took time out of his morning to meet me at the store and help me pick out paint colors for the walls.This construction company is the BEST and you can't go wrong having them work on your home.Oh, if you do hire them be ready to be respected. They are good people that care about the work they are doing.
We hired New Beginnings to replace carpet with a hardwood floor and add casement windows to our bedroom. They completed the floor, which was tearing out the carpet and adding the hardwood floors in about 4 hours! They completed casement windows were installed in one day.
