I highly recommend Stephen Smith. He is a true professional and does what he says he going to do and does it right the first time. Which has not always been my experience with other professionals. I appreciate how he texted me to let me know when our parts would be avaible and when he was available to do the job. Stephen was able to swing by within a few hours of me contacting him, gave me a fair and honest quote. We were not in a hurry but he managed to get it fixed in a couple days time! I ordered a wrong piece so it’s only 99% done (through no fault of his own) and he immediately said the total was cheaper until he comes back out to finish the rest. Most people still charge the full amount.Will use him again for sure!!!
I had put off getting some much need work done for YEARS due to the high bids/ flakey contractors I had dealt with previously. Smith's construction came highly.Recommend it to me so I gave them a try. ,They were punctual in their initial appointment to give me the estimate which was a fair proce. They got my estimate to me very quickly, had the work scheduled promptly, and the service completed expeditiously. Very friendly and courteous as well as on time for the work. The project was completed as promised and they did not leave a mess, which has been a huge issue with other contractors in the area. They also dis not go over the estimate. Highly recommend and will be doing work with them again
