Matt did a great job working through several days in the weather we've had to replace a section of our porch beams and a window up front, even when the framing around it needed to be completely removed as it was part of the original window. He was very communicative and explained everything he was doing which was fantastic. The only downside is on the administrative tech end. The motionops app is a little clunky and I wish it tracked updates to the proposal over time better on the customers side. Overall it was great to have cransten come out and get the house a little more shipshape :)
Matt did a wonderful job repairing my outdoor floodlight wiring and my garage organizer strip. He does quality work and his behavior is professional and friendly. I wish I had more on my list for him to do(which Brian mentioned when booking Matt) ....it is at least a $560 charge for a visit.Plan to use this service again in the very near future.He delt with the wiring & electrical work safely and maintained a professional manner the entire time. I would recommend Matt & Cransten Handyman highly.
I’ve been trying to get an estimate for a month with no luck. Sent pictures and follow up texts and have been completely ignored. Odd business model.Since the owner responded, I want to share timelines. I originally reached out to the company on 1/8 and responded that same day. On 1/12 I asked for an estimate and still have yet to receive one. Dakota reached out on 1/22. On 1/23 I replied with all relevant information. Again, no estimate. I did not receive 5-10 calls or emails.
Matt did an outstanding job with backsplash, crown molding and wainscoting. Absolutely beautiful work. He's timely, informative, polite. He works from time he walks in until complete. I love the work done
I had a honey do list of things to do from changing light bulbs, hanging photos and curtain rods. Kent was very responsive prior to the appointment. He arrived and got right to work!! Kent was fast and super nice. It’s amazing what he can get done in a couple of hours. I’ll definitely be requesting Kent again.
