When we were ready to build our home I contacted Jim Anderson after speaking to others that has used Anderson Builders LLC and I must say best decision I could have made!!! I feel beyond blessed that I was able to work with such fine people. Jim and Iris were always on top of everything. I plan on this being my forever home but if I ever do build another home this is the only contractor I would even consider! I love my new home.
Building with Anderson Builders was a great experience from start to finish. Jim had a great reputation and we learned firsthand that he is honest and very good at his job. We asked Jim to build our new home in Columbia without meeting any other local builders. We have no regrets. We absolutely love our custom build. We had very specific ideas about what we wanted and Jim was always willing to work with us to make sure we got what we wanted. He is prompt, communicative and has great relationships with his sub-contractors, which made the whole process very smooth. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new home!
My husband and I were looking to build our forever HOME when we reached out to Jim. Come to find out our families knew each other and from then on we knew we wanted him to build our home. Mr. Jim and his wife were NOTHING short of AMAZING through the whole process between helping us pick things out that would look good and always keeping us up to date with what was going on with our build. We moved in several weeks ago and I can’t wait to spend the First Christmas in our Home.
