LYH Enterprises performed a complete discovery of all the water damage to my bathroom subflooring and wall framing and masterfully rebuilt those support structures. While we had the opportunity, they also designed an expansion of the bathroom footprint, with a modernized layout. And finally, they collaborated with me on my preferred style and palette, providing professional guidance and expertise, to renovate the look and features of the bathroom, effectively updating the room from 1961 to contemporary materials, amenities, and appeal. The entire team listened to my priorities and went far above and beyond to honor and fulfill those, while also offering multiple options within my budget. LYH Enterprises was called in for another opinion as the first was not a feasible option, their professionalism and eagerness to do the job right was second to none! I had some mold and water damage from an improperly installed AC unit in my attic that affected my bathroom, 2 closest and spare room. They evaluated the situation and took care of the job! Working long hours and getting the job done so my house could get back to normal.Absolutely would not hesitate to use them again in the future for any job I need done around the house! Their team was absolutely fantastic!

Jamie came out to our house and explained the entire process and reassured us that we would only be dealing with him and no others; therefore, knowing this I signed the contract on the spot and work began immediately. Rutland & Josh who did the work were very meticulous and did everything necessary to ensure we received the bathroom we wanted. I am extremely please with their quality of work and have all intentions to use this company for a Kitchen Remodel now.
