Lutton Construction did a great job replacing bathtub with new show that included raising the ceiling and installing a new sink and cabinet. They also remodeled the kitchen with new cabinets, tile added a door and a window. Travis did exceptional work. The people at Lutton were easy to work with and attentive to our needs. We ran into a few bumps and Lutton Construction was quick to fix the issues to our satisfaction. Their intent is customer satisfaction. A very nice company and easy to work with.
Our experience was not great. We engaged Lutton Construction for refacing the kitchen cabinets. The quality of the work was ok. The communication could have been better. It took way longer than initially discussed.
We absolutely loved our experience with Lutton Construction. Right off the first meeting, they were just so warm. Jonathon came to do our consultation and where every other company glanced around and shot off some ballpark estimate, Jonathon took detailed pictures and measurements. Within a week, we had an actual 3D rendering of what their ideas were. Not only that, but their estimate was lower than any other company that came through. It was an easy yes from there.Ryann was absolutely lovely to design everything with. My husband and I are not super decisive people and she was nothing but patient and encouraging. She helped us when we were stuck but otherwise let us lead the ship.And when it came to the actual work, we loved having Mike and Colin here. They were just what you'd want from people working in your house every day; professional, kind, fun and clean! We have two young kids and I never had to worry about there being a dangerous mess that my kids would accidentally get in. There were even days where there maybe was not a lot to do, work-wise, but Mike still had Colin come over and do a deep clean.Our kitchen is gorgeous and has made our home the new entertainment spot for friends and family. We loved our entire experience with Lutton and would recommend them to any friends or family!
From start to finish we had a great experience. Ryann was great with the design and making sure she knew what our style was and how to incorporate it in our design. The crew was awesome and always willing to answer questions and pointed out a couple issues that were out of their purview but needed addressed. The project manager was very responsive and listened if we had any issue or concerns. We will be using again for our next project.
Kyle completed our first floor remodel back in 2018, which included taking down, adding walls, changing the layout/footprint of our kitchen and dining room area, moving our laundry room to the 2nd floor, and creating an entry room/mudroom. I would look at our old kitchen and think it just looked like a corner of a room. It was so small and cramped. Kyle transformed the entire first floor of our home into something that felt out of a magazine. The wood floors that were refinished looked stunning. Our kitchen has truly become the heart of the home. The quality of the custom cabinets are hard to find anywhere else--and I did a lot of comparison shopping. Everything I explained that I was wanting in the remodel was executed beautifully. Kyle is responsive, flexible, and easy to work with. He hires people who are respectful and do great work. I have recommended Kyle to others looking for a good quality contractor.
