Contacted HQR after a vehicle hit my garage. From the beginning with the quote, getting the plans from the engineer, city building permits, dealing with the insurance billing, scheduling the work, to completing the job, everything went very smooth. The project manager Ronnie was great at communicating and following up throughout the whole process. The quality of work completed by Alvaro was great as well. The repairs look seamless and overall I can say I’m happy with my experience with Home Quality Remodeling.

My wife and our boys had a great experience remodeling our 1950s home to create an open floor plan with a new kitchen layout. Hadas was our PM and I can't say enough positive things about her. We were living in the home during construction and she worked hard to keep us up to date while ensuring we were comfortable and happy. She even brought a fun Halloween decoration for my two sons to enjoy when I mentioned I wasn't planning to decorate during construction. Of course, she asked for permission first, and my sons were thrilled. Hadas also ensured work was performed to meet or exceed our expectations.The crew we had was led by Alfonso, and they were also great! They work very hard and are also kind and caring.HQR has earned our trust, and we are thrilled with the end result of their work.We hope to stay in touch and work with them again in the future.
Hi - we just finished a 300 sq ft addition and master bathroom refresh with Home Quality Remodeling. We interviewed 4 different contractors before deciding to go with HQR. The pricing was comparable to others but what stood out was the follow up and interest in the project they showed. We also got to see them in action while they completed a neighbors upstairs addition in such a timely manner.Our PM Hadas with the help of the Owner Ron were always in contact with us throughout. We never had to worry about whether workers would be on-site. They were onsite daily and motivated to finish fast. The workers were all very friendly and helpful and we loved working with the electricians making sure we got every detail we wanted included. A great selling point for HQR is they have an architect and engineer handy so they can create whatever you want in house. I literally drew my vision on a piece of paper and once permitting was complete it was done about 4 months later. The workers were all very respectful and they did their best to not be intrusive. We were very detailed in what we wanted and made sure we put it in the contract and that was helpful as well. In the end we have a beautiful new addition and master bath! I would recommend HQR to anyone. There are always bumps in the road in any construction project and we had our share but Ron and Hadas made sure to do everything possible to make it as stress free as possible. We are very happy with the end result and have gotten tons of compliments on the new space.
I saw all of these 5 star reviews for Home Quality Remodeling and I thought 'they seem too good to be true'. We interviewed 4 companies for our project; which was a bedroom refresh (including removing popcorn from the ceiling) and a full bathroom remodel. All of the companies were around the same as far as cost for what we wanted on the bathroom.One of the companies didn't seem to want the bedroom part of the project and were really over charging for it. One of the representatives couldn't seem to keep times and dates straight, so we were down to two companies.We have never done a remodeling project like this and I had A LOT of questions. Shay at Home Quality Remodeling took the time to answer the many questions that I had, and he came back multiple times to lay out what we wanted. He was low pressure and patient, and he really seemed to want the business. So we went with him. Shay spent a lot of time explaining processes that I didn't really understand...I'm sure that I tried his patience more than a few times.Like many people, we went into this remodel project imagining all of the things that can go wrong and an idealized version of what we wanted. While there were a few hiccups, everything was completed ahead of schedule and totally to our satisfaction.The team who was on site doing all of the work were courteous and helpful. They cleaned up often and thoroughly and were willing to do more than required to make sure that the job was up to their exacting requirements.When all is said and done, we are very happy with the final result and wouldn't hesitate to have these guys do more work in the future. So I am adding to the five star review-although some of the processes were a challenge, the end result deserves no less than five starsI am somewhat embarrassed with the before pictures, you don't really see how bad things are until you see the improvement - from a 30 year old raising three boys beat the hell out of it bathroom to the new, luxurious bathroom that we have now.
