I have nothing but good things to say about working with Tom and his amazing team of contractors and sub-trades at Grindstone Renovation! They renovated the entire top floor of my 1970’s home for a very reasonable budget and I love every inch of it!

The contractors always showed up on time, they worked hard, and they were super accommodating to my requests, from helping me install a very challenging new light fixture (thanks Boussad) to fixing a heating issue which required ripping up parts of the sub-floor to identify the cause and they found the cause so I have heat this winter (thanks Sean)!

But more than that, I absolutely love my new kitchen, the cabinets, the large island, the gorgeous countertop, the whole open-concept style, the new flooring, and the beautiful new fireplace they built for me with the lovely stone that Tom searched high and low for me (thanks Tom)! I love every inch of it and it feels like I have a whole new home.

They walked us through the process and were always willing to offer suggestions and feedback when asked. The work was very well done and everyone was well organized, prepared and professional - yet made us feel comfortable with the whole process.
