We had a fantastic experience with Henderer. We spoke to a number of highly rated big companies in the area and felt Henderer were the only ones who really listened to our needs, we’re respectful of our budget while also giving us necessary reality checks with what we were wanting. We had a huge project and they worked with our limited budget to give us an end product, we love and allows us to use our house so much more than we were before. I had a vision and they executed that while also making suggestions I haven’t considered that greatly enhanced the outcome. There were bumps along the way as one would expect with a massive project (the lower level of our home, about 1800sqft), but Cody and Dave listened to our concerns and made adjustments that kept us all feeling on track. We had a great experience and will be back in a few years when we’re ready to do our kitchen!

Henderer was the absolute best to work with on our remodel! I had heard remodels were nightmares, but my experience was not that at all! Riley was so good to work with on design and made making choices easy! Each step leading up to the actual demolition was clear and well communicated. Jeff, our lead contractor, was kind, communicative, patient and meticulous. We are so pleased with the end result and felt like the Henderer team became like family! I would not hesitate recommending them for any and all renovations ! Quality, quality, quality!

We love our new remodel. The design team helped us envision room layouts that we would not have come up with on our own. The construction teams listened to us and helped make sure that when something went in it was what we wanted. They did beautiful work. We were pleased with the high quality of the materials and construction. In addition to the quality construction team, every subcontractor was both friendly, professional, and expert at what they did. For example, the excavator did an excellent job in a tight space, the tile was laid with intricate care and attention to detail. Plumbing, siding, roofing, drywall, painting, and electrical work were carefully and beautifully done. Whenever there was a hiccup with timing or materials, we were able to have a conversation that resolved the issues. We are super happy with the process and the results! We highly recommend Henderer construction.

I love Henderer! If you’re someone that uses a wheelchair like I do, and you need a more wheelchair accessible accommodating space in your home. Henderer is your company. That will work with you, and your needs in terms of accessibility.

My guy Dan, and I both have a physical disability. But, I am the wheelchair user in the house. We live in a 1955 two bedroom, and one (soon-to-be-two) bathroom bungalow. Our new addition to the house. Not only includes a bigger master bedroom. But, also a wheelchair-accessible bathroom, and a bigger home office room.

The wonderful people at Henderer from the design manager Brianna. To David Hobbs. To our head carpenter guy Lukas. Has been great. They worked with us, and listened to what we wanted in the new addition.

In terms of bathroom design, what paint color we wanted for the walls, etc.

I’ll never forget when Lukas helped us out in the beginning. When our refrigerator went out, and he went and got the shop fridge for us to use. From your office. To store our perishables at our house. Until our own refrigerator was able to get fixed.

I also want to take the time to thank all of the subcontractors. Who have had a hand in making our house great.

It’s amazing how fast the addition went up within the last two months, and here we are in the month of July. It’s almost completed. We’re almost ready to move in!

Henderer Design + Build just completed a kitchen and two bathroom remodels for our 70's ranch home all to the proposed date and budget even while we threw a few little hurdles their way. Everything is so beautiful, so incredibly luxe! We are grateful that they work only with the best tradesmen. Their extraordinary designers, carpenters, cabinet maker, master tiler, countertop fabricator, electrician, plumber and painter all lent their expertise and attention to our project and it shows in every fabulous space from a tiled backsplash, gleaming walnut cabinetry to the wall of ovens. The new shower is so calming and modern just like a boutique hotel.
From first day demo to a last day clean up, the crew were thorough and thoughtful, always concerned for our comfort while we stayed in the house during the remodel. Their lead carpenter didn't quite believe me when I said that we will miss having them around. But it's true!
