These guys are awesome! Very polite and professional. So far we've only gotten thru mitigation but already they are 100 times better than the last company we had here. They handled everything with the insurance. I can't wait to see the final product when they are done.Well the job is finally done and the house is beautiful. A special shout out to our awesome techs Joe, Jayk, Cayden, Brit, Derry, Jaxon, Judie, Steve, Julian, Ruben and Shane. Everyone was so helpful, fun and professional. They moved all the furniture and boxes from each of the rooms that needed new floors and then back again. Steve kept the insurance honest and Judy did her best to keep me informed every time I called. She was very patient with me. Nick, you have a great team. Thanks again for giving us back our home.
We had water damage in our bathroom and The Corvallis Contractor provided the initial mitigation services as well as working with us to remodel our bathroom. They were easy to work with and we have a lovely new bathroom with the job done the way my wife and I wanted. All of the workers from TCC as well as the subcontractors were very friendly, courteous to us, and willing to work with us and discuss different options for each step along the way.I would highly recommend Nick and the rest of The Corvallis Contractor crew!
When we found water damage in our home, they came out the same day to start the mitigation process. They did such great work and were amazing to work with. Very kind and conscientious and easy to get in touch with. When we do an addition on our house in the future, they are who we will call.
Where to start with this phenomenal review for The Corvallis Contractor (Nick and his team). There is so much to thank them for. They arrived promptly with an assessment team and immediately worked with us to get our problems started with solutions. Including working for us with the insurance claim every step of the way. They helped us find temporary housing also. The Corvallis Contractor is a compassionate professional company, that will help you out in your worst moments in life.Call them when you have a disaster, or even a rebuild stage for construction work (thank you Judie and Emma guiding this work). Our house turned out to be something we are proud to live in now. They can handle it all. From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you for everything!
THIS REVIEW IS FOR THREE DIFFERENT PROPERTY CALLS OVER THE LAST TWO YEARS....I met Nick years ago when I bought a few boulders from him on FB Marketplace. He gave me a card and said, "if you ever need restoration work - I'm the guy!"Fast forward to August of 2023, my business partner had a total loss property fire at his 4-plex on a Saturday in Salem, Oregon. I called Nick right away and he was there in less than two hours. He helped me finish boarding up the windows, sweep up glass and assured me he could handle the entire job start to finish for my business partner - and he did. It was a big project from the asbestos clean up to everything else that comes with a bad fire. Nick and his crew were great communicators from start to finish and the end result was basically a brand new 4-plex. Open floor plans, beautiful custom made cabinets/vanities etc.Next up was the ADU at my house when we had all that snow a while back. The snow up against the ADU melted, causing water damage we didn't notice right away. As soon as we did, we instantly called Nick again. They came out and did their thing! Backpack vacuums to clean up as they cut out the damaged drywall, big dehumidifiers to remove moisture, plastic from ceiling to floor and everything else happened within hours of showing up - they're awesome!! They sure know how to get the job done fast. It's a fun process to watch in action.Last one to mention was just over a year ago when we had water get underneath our flooring in the kitchen. This was not a good day for me because we had just finished installing new flooring in the last part of our house. Ugh.... Time to call Nick again! As per usual, he and his team were at my house within a couple hours working their magic with fancy room-scanning cameras, dehumidifiers etc. Within hours they had everything pulled out of the kitchen, a temporary kitchen sink and temporary kitchen counter with built-in cutting boards and drawers. They made it all look so easy. The final build for this project turned out great and we couldn't be happier. On a side note: We added the under lighting on the pony wall in the kitchen after the job was complete. In the photos I uploaded, the light strip was only temporarily installed so you'll see some clips holding it in place. Doubt anyone will look that close but if they did I wanted them to know the lighting effect in those photos was before we peeled the tape backing and permanently installed the light strip.Nick has built a solid reputation in the community and surrounding areas as the guy/company with a team that gets stuff done. He is on your side from start to finish and won't settle for anything less than making sure you get what you deserve (insurance related statement) when it comes to rebuilding, remodeling and repairs after an insurance claim.Thank you Nick and an extra special thanks to your wife and office staff for putting up with all of my special requests especially when we were putting the final touches on the open floor plan kitchen design for the 4-plex. Finally, thanks to your employees and subcontractors for being extra flexible on my house repairs when it came to working around my annoying schedule due to a very annoying Great Dane plus a few family issues that came up at the same time as the water damages. Having that extra time to deal with the family stuff and your flexibility made it almost effortless on our end to get everything back on track. You guys rock!!
