Roi and Issac were great! We had several large jobs with JRD. A new fence, over 1500 sq/ft of pavers, new garage door, a large patio cover, a 200 amp panel upgrade with an RV plug installed, and a full bath. The entire process took about 2 months. Which was in their quoted time frame, and we even had 3-4 days of rain that stopped paver and fence from being worked on. Whenever we had any concerns Roi stepped in right away to make sure the job and outcome was what we wanted. I talked to 4 or 5 different contractors and did a lot of research and went with JRD because of their online presence. After talking to many contractors JRD pricing was fair. Not the cheapest, but in line with other contractors of their size and experience. I can't speak for the value of others but JRD brings great value. I like that Roi started our first conversation with a question, "what is most important for me when selecting a contractor." Rather than starting with what work I wanted to get done. He wanted to make sure that the concerns I had, no matter what the job, where front and center in their service. I appreciated that, because he did listen and made sure that the job was done in the agreed timeline , clean, and open communication, all my top concerns. I took a chance going off of good reviews and it really worked out. *Note, this is our first time using a general contractor, have had specific skilled trades do parts of jobs but never large jobs like this. Take that for what it's worth.
