CLM Renovations Ltd (Formerly PS Handyman & Design)

Pat and his team were professional, detail oriented, productive and performed their work to the highest level of finished excellence. My project was particularly challenging as it had been started, but never finished, by a previous contractor. Pat took on this task, sorted through the disorganised mess, and rescued me. I thoroughly recommend him for any project.

I had a great experience working with Pat and his crew on some recent renovations in my home. The quality of the work was excellent — everything was completed with care and attention to detail. The project started quickly and finished on schedule, which I really appreciated. The price was reasonable for the quality delivered, and what stood out most was how well any unexpected issues were handled. Whenever something came up, we were able to discuss the situation openly, look at different options, review the cost implications, and choose the best path forward together. That kind of communication and professionalism made all the difference. Overall, I’m very pleased with the results and the experience. I would happily recommend PS Handyman to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy renovation work.

Patrice did a full bathroom renovation for us and we could not be happier. I have to say he is the best contractor that we have ever worked with. Communication was top notch and his workmanship was outstanding. Thanks Patrice we love our bathroom

Pat is an amazing contractor, he remodelled our bathrooms and we are so happy with the outcome. Pat was always on time, a great communicator, very efficient and detail orientated with his work. He and Tony went above and beyond in their efforts to make sure we were satisfied with the end result. They were very patient with us as we were pretty new to the renovation process and advised us well through many decisions that we struggled with. We would highly recommend Pat for any work you need done.
