Ralph and the whole Future Contracting did an incredible job re-refinishing my basement after flood damage (Ralph's team also did the flood clean up and remediation, which was thorough and very fast so we did not have any mold issues). Their expertise, attention to detail, and attentiveness (Ralph and Benny were on site to supervise the crew every day) has transformed our basement into a beautiful and comfortable space, and on time too! Steven, Lou and Ralph do phenomenal work and do everything in their power to get your project done quickly and with quality work.They did a complete roof replacement for me and I couldn't be happier with the result. They squeezed me in between a 3 day roof job, showed up to make sure the crew had everything, and followed up the following Monday to make sure the work was completed. They also handled the warranty registration and follow-up on everything they do.Finally, they'll explain everything they're doing along the way and never put me in a high pressure sales situation. Highly recommend them for all jobs you might need done.
Ralph and Steven handled a very large and complicated job that entailed both emergency work and significant renovation/remodeling. They treated me and my property as if it were their own project, inspecting and making sure everything was up to their standards as well as mine. Sometimes they were more persnickety than I was. They dealt with a variety of complications and worked hard to minimize my costs and stay on schedule. Their handling of the paperwork and insurance contact was far better than I could have hoped and they worked diligently to get me every penny I had coming. I could not recommend them more highly.
