We had a great experience with Royal Renovations on our roof replacement in Duncanville, Texas. Our insurance claim with Allstate was originally denied, but Eddy stepped in, explained the process clearly, and helped get the claim approved.
Communication was excellent from start to finish. He kept us updated throughout the roofing project and sent photos so we could see the progress, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. The crew was professional, respectful, and the quality of the roofing work really shows.
We truly felt we could trust Eddy and Royal Renovations, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a reliable roofing contractor. Thank you so much .

We hired Royal Renovations for our engineered wood flooring installation, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. They are absolutely beautiful!! RR was able to match the new engineered flooring perfectly with our existing floor color, creating a seamless and modern look. The installation process was smooth, clean, and professional from start to finish. The guys were so considerate as we lived around their work area. Eddy was very helpful, communicative, and made sure everything was done right. If you’re looking for reliable flooring installation and quality craftsmanship, I highly recommend them if you are needing a remodel in Midlothian, Tx. I swear they can do anything!

Royal Renovations did an outstanding job replacing the roof of my house. Their attention to detail was excellent, and the quality of the work really shows. The crew was respectful, neat, and professional throughout the entire project.
Communication was exceptional from start to finish. They kept me informed every step of the way and even sent pictures during the day so I could see the progress in real time, which I truly appreciated.
When the job was completed, they cleaned up everything thoroughly and left the property spotless. Overall, the experience was smooth, stress-free, and very well managed. I would absolutely recommend Royal Renovations to anyone looking for high-quality roofing work with great customer service.

I can’t say enough good things about Marco and his team at Royal Renovations! The original builders did a horrendous job where my long clothes hung. it fell off the wall.
I designed the new look partly to hide my husband‘s hoodies ??, then added cubbies for support of the hanging bar (it is not supposed to be longer than 48 inches and it was over 60 so of course it fell).
The craftsmanship is fantastic, everything is sturdy, level, and finished beautifully. Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented and quick. Royal Renovations truly delivered a five-star experience

Today we had an amazing crew come out and replace our shingles from tornado damage back in December. This crew was amazing and very professional. Joel and his team knew exactly what to do throughout the entire process. I really recommend them for roofing and contractor services. They text the process the whole day and was happy to answer questions during the process. Please do not hesitate to ask for their services.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does Royal Renovations prepare a remodeling estimate?
The team walks the property and gathers photos, measurements and sketches for planning and estimating. The estimate includes the project's cost and timeline.
Does Royal Renovations offer financing?
Yes. Financing is available; payment options are discussed when the work agreement is reviewed and the project is scheduled.
Are Royal Renovations' storm-damage inspections free?
Yes. The inspection starts at the roof and continues around the property, checking fences, windows, garage doors, gutters, siding and personal property.
Does filing a storm-damage claim require a property owner to hire Royal Renovations?
No. After an inspection identifies significant hail or wind damage and the company helps file a claim, the owner is not obligated to replace the roof or work with Royal Renovations at that point.
How long does Royal Renovations take to install a storm-damaged roof?
In most cases, roof installation takes one day, depending on the home's size; other repairs follow after the roof work.
