Benchmark Construction was super responsive and Jason Bliss came out to scope out the project that we had in mind for our kitchen. He listened to our design concepts, the changes we were planning, and gave us quite a bit of practical perspectives. Given our changes were minor, we didn't end up working with Jason on this project, but will absolutely plan to in the future. Despite this, he spent the time to answer all of the questions we had and created a lot of trust (not something you get often between a contractor and home owner). Jason and his entire team were an absolute pleasure to work with as well as the quality of the work far exceeded our expectations. We remodeled two old brick fireplaces to a more modern look as well as new inserts. Crew was on time and extremely careful to protect our house while they went through the demo and construction. Would absolutely use again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality company that you can trust.

We used Benchmark Construction for an office project in July and that went so well that we came to them again for a home project. A pipe underneath our kitchen sink broke and the water leak created bad mold condition. Benchmark Construction responded to our urgent call to come out and identify and stop the leak...and they did a fast and professional job repairing the broken pipe. A mold remediation company had to rip out the cabinetry, countertops and backsplash all along the wall of the sink, requiring us to replace all of this as well as the rest of the kitchen's cabinetry, countertops, and backsplash. Benchmark's owner Jason and project lead Chris came out again to walk the insurance adjuster through the damage and then promptly submitted a quote so that we could get the money we need to replace everything. We are still in the process of finalizing our claim with our insurance company, so the replacement/remodel work has not begun, but I wanted to thank Benchmark's Jason and Chris for urgently coming to our aid and assisting us in the insurance claim process, along with giving us recommendations for selecting the new cabinetry, countertops and finish materials. I highly recommend Jason and Chris with Benchmark Construction.
