Fantastic Company to work with! From start to finish it was smooth sailing! Everyone working on this project were polite, hard working, efficient and clean. They went above and beyond! Doing extra things to finish the project beautifully. I am so pleased. I am missing everyone that worked out here. They were kind and respectful. Every day the job site was cleaned up as if no one was here I was amazed! We have a large family and we are most often the hosts of our extended family celebrations. We built our home in 1994 and our family has continued to grow to 6 children, spouses, 12 grandchildren (so far) and many other extended family members! After much consideration we made the decision to remodel our main kitchen/dining and family room area to accommodate our family. We chose Zengel Group Building and Remodeling to transform the main floor of our family home into an amazing and welcoming extended family oasis! From day one of the day we signed our contract, there were contractors at our home from the start date until the project was completed every Monday through Friday from 9 to 5. There was never a question of if/when they would be here to work on our projects. In addition, the communication between ourselves and Zengel Homes on a day to day basis regarding questions, concerns or plans was wonderful! Question and concerns were answered quickly! I am pleased with all who came to the house. All were polite, thorough, clean, organized and tolerated the dogs. I was comfortable whether I was here or not, never had any concerns. Beyond not having concerns, I was pleased with the attention to detail given to the projects...corners are square, pillars are parallel, colors match, pieces fit.Having your team here to handle the projects was the right thing to do.
We recently had our bathroom remodeled by the Zengel Group. Our goal was to redo the bathroom so we could “age in place”. We had been involved with two other construction projects prior to moving to our current residence. Our experience with the Zengel Group was by far the easiest, least stressful, and had the most satisfying results. From the initial design to the final product every contact we had with the Zengel Group employees was great. Communication through the CoConstruct software was initially a challenge but once mastered definitely improved communication. Jim Clark , the lead for our project, was a stickler for detail and made sure we were pleased with the results, even to the point of redoing a couple of things. We cannot stress how happy we are with the craftsmanship involving the crown molding, cabinets, plumbing ,tile, granite, and electric. We would definitively recommend the Zengel Group for any remodeling project. Loving our new bath!
Kerry and I could not be happier with how Zengel transformed our house into the home of our dreams. We both had high expectations going into our project and they outperformed those standards thru Covid-19 and all. From their organized upfront approach in utilizing Co-Construct to the ability to recognize, solve, and proceed on some of the unknown situations that come with any remodel project. The biggest expectation that blew us away was that every one of their employees and trade contractors were polite, clean, respectful, and most of all qualified to do the job.
