I got about 20 quotes in total. They were not the cheapest but very fair priced. Miguel was amazing to work with! He taught me why they were doing what they were doing and the finished product shows! Him and his crew went above and beyond! They even straightened up the surrounding area for cosmetic reasons where they didn't have to! I will use and refer them every chance I get!
Brady and Miguel did a great job taking care of my project with Excellent communication. A 31x51 concrete slab with specific requirements for my building. Quality work, perfect to my specifications at reasonable price. I will do business with DSCP again. I highly recommend them.
Great salesman! I was all in. They finally showed up for first steps of contract. Then, Total silence. I texted my sales guy twice because my gate wouldn't close & wondered why I hadn't heard any news on the rest of work. Nothing. Crickets! Then I got a call asking for my balance. My dog ran away because they left my fence unable to close, petrified! I asked supervisor to come out & was basically pacified everything would be fine.After several questions regarding the work, I do not believe the were honest with me. I have pics, emails & texts. Such sweet people horrible results.lots of excuses. Gate still doesn't shut. Just now was accused of lying about the gate!! It shut before, now doesn't. Hard to maKe that up! I text salesman 11-24-25 & heard nothing until 12-01-25! Great customer service,proceed with caution1-7-26: lies & excuses. My fence opened & closed perfectly before the work began. Afterwards, it would not shut & the worker stated it to me, big guy in red sweatshirt! I had to sand down the fence so that it would close again. As stated in our phone conversation, I never received a VM from anyone so if I missed a call....I still have my texts that show a week went by without a response to my texts asking for assistance. I wanted it to work out differently but not the case. Next job, if there are errors on your part you might want to admit the error and simply offer to fix the issue instead of all the excuses & cover ups!
The young men had an awful task. Our crawl space is very limited especially in some areas. My Mom explains that she and my Dad dug out the crawl space by hand after they purchased the home in 1959. So needless to say, they had a difficult job to complete. They did the job as best they could with what they had to work with. They completely cleaned out and hauled off what was under there, unbelievable what they removed. They installed the supports and incapsulated the the best they were able to, considering the work space. We were pleased the young man that came out and explained what could be done and the 2 young men that came out and completed the job. Thank you Deep South Construction.
After the initial assessment with Grant, I knew Deep South was the company I could trust with the extensive repairs needed to our foundation as well as the waterproofing and encapsulation system required to protect the foundation moving forward. The contracting process was handled by A.J. who was very careful with the details and patient with all of my questions. The onsite team led by Austin arrived right on time and went hard to work. As we had to leave the home while repairs were being made, Austin kept us up to date on everything and when we had to make an adjustment to the plan (e.g., our original hardwood had been nailed down and was not going to come up as we had hoped, so new flooring in certain parts would be needed) he walked me through what changes were needed before starting on them to ensure I was okay with the adjusted plan moving forward. Overall, Deep South did an exceptional job at an affordable price. They were the utmost professionals, honest and caring. I will look no further than Deep South Construction for any work on our home.
