This review is long overdue now that I have had the opportunity to work with Colby and the team at North2South on multiple major projects, most recently a complete bathroom remodel. I also want to be clear that I am simply a customer and have no affiliation with Colby or the team other than hiring them for work. Colby and his team represent the absolute pinnacle of professionalism. I genuinely cannot think of an area where they do not operate with a consistency of excellence at the highest level. When you take on a project in your home, especially a significant one, there are always lingering questions in the back of your mind. Am I being quoted fairly, will the timeline and budget actually hold up, can I trust that they truly know what they are doing. With Colby and his team, those questions are answered not just with words, but with results. Throughout every project, Colby and each member of his team have demonstrated immense patience, clarity, and transparency. Communication has always been straightforward and honest. Colby answers the phone. After comparing his quotes with other contractors, we found that his company consistently fell right in line, fair, accurate, and reflective of the quality delivered. Good work comes at a cost, and while they were not the cheapest option, they were far from the most expensive. What set them apart was that the quality showed in every single detail. From smaller installs like new lights and switches to full scale remodels, the finished product has always reflected an extremely premium result. No corners cut, no rushing to move on to the next job, just excellence in execution every time. A clear reflection of care for the work and pride in the craft. Colby and his team have completely changed the stigma I once had about working with general contractors, whether for large or small projects. Truly a 1000 out of 10. My only regret is not having met them years earlier. Thank you, genuinely, for caring so deeply about the work and for holding yourselves to a standard that is felt in every detail and every interaction. I look forward to continuing to do business with you and your team.

North2South Renovations did a phenomenal job on my kitchen remodel. With elegance and functionality, it meets all my chef and storage needs. North2South did an excellent job on our kitchen remodel. We didn’t really have a clear vision of what exactly we wanted, but we knew our ugly outdated kitchen had to go. Colby and his team walked us through the design process, listened when we had ideas or opinions, and took the lead when we were clueless. I can’t tell you how many times we said “just do whatever you would do if it was your house”, and each time they proved that they were deserving of that trust. They ended up changing the footprint/layout of the kitchen, moving plumbing, replacing all the floors, replacing all the cabinets, building us an island, installing all new countertops and backsplash, putting in new ceiling lights and hidden lighting/outlets under the top cabinets, installing our new appliances, scraping off our popcorn ceiling, knocking out some closets, painting our whole first floor, and remodeling our first floor half bathroom. Needless to say, they were at our house for quite some time, so it was really nice that the whole crew was friendly and personable (even our dog loved them and she’s usually pretty timid around strangers). If we ever need work done in the future, I’d definitely use North2South again.

Excellent Bathroom Remodel Experience! North to South Renovations, LLC remodeled 2 of our outdated bathrooms, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results! The team (Colby, Chad, Bryan, John, Dillon, and Austin) was professional, punctual, and communicated with us every step of the way. They took the time to understand our vision and offered suggestions to enhance the design. The quality of the work is outstanding — everything from the new tile, showers, fixtures, and cabinetry was installed with precision and care. They were also mindful of our budget. Our primary bathroom looks like it belongs in a high-end magazine! They also kept the work area and our house clean and tidy throughout the project, which was a huge bonus. We highly recommend Colby and team to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled contractor for home renovations.
