RENOVA Signature Projects

We recently completed a full modern kitchen renovation in our condominium in Highland Beach, Florida, and choosing Renova Signature was hands down the best decision we made.  From the very first meeting, Brian, David, and the entire team understood that this wasn’t just a remodel — it was about creating a space that reflected our lifestyle. Living in a high-rise condominium comes with its own challenges, but Renova handled everything seamlessly — from permits and building management coordination to protecting common areas and keeping the job site immaculate. The design is breathtaking. Clean lines, custom European-style cabinetry, waterfall-edge quartz countertops, integrated appliances, under-cabinet lighting, and stunning modern fixtures — every detail was thoughtfully executed. The craftsmanship is flawless. You can feel the quality in every drawer, every cabinet door, every finish. What truly sets Renova Signature apart is their communication and professionalism. We were updated constantly, the timeline was respected, and any adjustments were handled immediately and transparently. There were no surprises — just solutions. High-end renovations require precision, organization, and true expertise — and this team delivered on every level. Our kitchen now feels like something out of a luxury design magazine while still being incredibly functional and inviting. If you’re considering a modern kitchen renovation in Highland Beach or anywhere in South Florida, Renova Signature operates at a completely different standard. We couldn’t be happier with the result.

We highly recommend Renova Signature Renovations. We are totally satisfied customers. Renova will always be our first recommendation to friends who want to build. Our project was the 2023 renovation and expansion of a 600 square foot 1950’s bungalow in Historical Delray Beach. Our goal was to create a space suitable for full-time living while preserving the character of yesterday’s bungalow. Our plan was to renovate the existing home, including a complete redo of the kitchen and bath. We also added another bedroom, bath, laundry room, and outside deck. The square footage was doubled to 1200. We selected Todd P as our contractor after weeks of interviewing candidates and comparing estimates based on our architect’s plan. Todd was not the least expensive, but we were impressed with his up-front cost projections and his appreciation of the value of historic preservation. We were also influenced by the fact that he worked with a client representative. Since we would not be in Delray Beach while the project was under construction, we felt it was important to have someone who could visit the site weekly and provide us with photographs and progress reports. As absentee owners, we felt we needed this service for our own peace of mind. We are glad that we opted for this service. We developed a $250,000 budget in consultation with Todd. We wanted to purchase our own appliances, cabinets, and fixtures to reduce our costs. Todd was very flexible and agreed to this. While no project is without surprises, Todd helped us think ahead and keep change orders to a minimum. Good communication is the key to a smooth project, and Todd was very good in this department. He responds promptly and keeps close tabs on his Project Managers. He is easy to work with and has a great sense of humor. He cares about preservation of historic features and quality workmanship is very important to him. Customer satisfaction is primary. He knows his business. There are always small issues which crop up after one thinks the project is complete. For this reason, Todd offers a one year warranty on workmanship and certain materials. We waited for a year to write this review so we could comment on how his company responded to these issues. Todd and Renova did not disappoint. Not only does he deserve a five star rating for quality construction, he also gets five big stars for coming back to fix minor problems.

I recently had the incredible experience of working with Renova Signature on a beautiful renovation project, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Todd, one of the owners, really brought his deep expertise and passion to the table, ensuring that every detail was perfect. Andy, the head of construction, was fantastic in keeping everything organized and on track, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.  What truly stood out was the incredible team of subcontractors. Each one brought their own unique skill and dedication, whether it was the electricians, the plumbers, or the carpenters. It felt like a true collaboration, and the quality of their work was evident in every corner of my house. Overall, Renova Signature exceeded my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-tier remodeling experience in Palm Beach County.

After searching for months for the right contractor, we found Renova Signature and never looked back. We needed a full interior renovation with all new flooring, updated electrical, complete kitchen and bathroom overhauls and the works. TJ met with us early on and really took the time to understand our vision and budget. The project management was exceptional. Brandon kept us updated weekly with progress reports and photos, which was great since we were living off site during construction. Andy and Everton's construction expertise showed in every phase and his close attention to structural details gave us complete confidence. 4 and a half months later we have the home we always dreamed of. The open floor plan flows beautifully and the finishes are high end and very aesthetically pleasing. HIGHLY recommend RENOVA to anyone considering a major residential renovation project.

We hired RENOVA Signature for a complete whole home renovation of our dated Boca Raton home and the results exceeded every expectation. From the initial consultation with Todd to the final walkthrough, the entire process was quite enjoyable to say the least. Helga, their Design expert has an incredible eye for blending modern aesthetics with functional living spaces. She listened to exactly what we wanted and brought ideas we never would have thought of ourselves. Luciano and his crew were on site every day, keeping us informed and making sure every detail was perfect. The craftsmanship is outstanding and you can really tell these guys take pride in their work. They won me over when they handled the unexpected issues that come with renovating an older home. No drama, just solutions. If you're looking for a general contractor in South Florida who delivers luxury and follows through on their promises then this is the company and worth every penny.
