What can I say about the Alair Homes Delta team? I couldn’t have done it without them. I worked with Alair from inception to occupancy on a custom home and have nothing but rave reviews and kind words to say about them.

As part of a franchise system they are required to use software that basically guides the homeowner through the build process. I was able to monitor timelines and costs with a few clicks.

The team was more than patient with me as I navigated the process with a new baby and toddler at home - answering my text questions into the night. Lyall, Ryan and Peter were uber professional, but also kind and relatable. Their project management skills are bar none. They give it to you straight - highlighting where you can save and where you can (or should) splurge. They are extremely knowledgeable about their craft and if they don’t know something they figure it out and get back to you asap. No unanswered correspondence. We stayed on time and on budget.

We have had multiple check-ins since moving in and the guys have answered any and all questions I’ve had about maintaining our home. From programming our irrigation system, replacing a single damaged floorboard, to reminding me to replace air filters they are here for it all. They even shoveled my walk after our first snowfall!

I truly believe the Alair Homes Delta team loves what they do and care deeply about the satisfaction of their clients. They built me my dream home and I will always be grateful! 10/10! Highly recommend.

We moved into what we knew would be our dream house. Thanks to Lyall, Ryan, Aiden, Alberto and many others behind the scenes at Alair Homes, they made our dreams a reality.

We sort of knew what we wanted but it’s sometimes hard to describe it. Alair Homes went above and beyond in every instance to help us visualize the dream on paper and then they completely transformed our home from the dated 1987 exterior to our very own show home!

There are always obstacles and issues that come up in any renovation. They were always dealt with the utmost care, concern and professionalism that any homeowner would be grateful for.
