After interviewing many local construction companies, we chose Wesgrove Homes to help us with our renovation project. We are very thankful that we did as they have delivered the renovation on budget and on time. We are VERY happy with our new house and totally impressed by the whole process which was extremely well-organized and stress free.

Brett, Jason, Jim, Dan, and all the rest of the crew were a pleasure to deal with and always responsive to our needs. In particular, our project manager, Brett, provided calm guidance throughout the project, and a drive to perfect every inch of the project.

How fortunate I feel to have had the opportunity to admire my neighbour’s beautiful new kitchen and follow up on their strong recommendation to contact Wesgrove Homes Inc.

From my initial introductory telephone conversation with Jason through follow up detailed design meetings, thorough contract specs outlining the ‘no surprise’ fixed price guarantee and projected definitive timelines, I was confident I was in very capable hands. His impressive business model and qualifications along with a high quality and strong aesthetic focus made it an easy, obvious choice to deliver on my kitchen transformation dreams.

At no time did this professional and very personable, sensitive team disappoint. I was constantly impressed with everyone’s work ethic and the efficiency with which they move through each day, all with a smile and the same very high bar in place. Throughout the project I knew exactly what to expect and was consistently updated with prompt and transparent communication. The site was always clean, well protected and organized and much consideration was given to eliminating any unnecessary stress.

Each trade contractor Wesgrove hires subscribes to the same philosophy of expertise, quality workmanship and customer satisfaction and they would often share of their mutual appreciation and respect for each other’s values, citing Wesgrove as ‘the best’.

Everything about my new ‘heart of the home’ gorgeous kitchen brings me joy, has exceeded all of my expectations as has Wesgrove. The dedication and pride in your craft is so very apparent and I am always very quick to happily and confidently recommend you to anyone. How often does one get a chance to review a company where you run out of superlatives?!

We have lived in our newly renovated home for a month and it is without reservation that we highly recommend the Wesgrove Homes Team. From the first phone call to the last day of our renovation the Wesgrove group was amazing. Jason and our project Manager, Brett, were exceptional, as was the entire team that worked on our home. They were organized, worked within our tight timeline, and were on budget. We were very impressed with the attention to detail, professionalism, transparency and honesty. Jason and the team at Wesgrove turned my original 1980's rancher into a modern beach home! Here’s some things that stood out to me through the process:
- Communication was consistent
- Stayed within the budget
- Finishing work was incredible - I can't help but look at small details like the seems on mouldings, baseboards, etc. and when the painters came in to finish things up they were shocked at how well those details were taken care of

Wesgrove Homes just recently completed a full home renovation for us and we just had the most incredible experience with them. Before starting this process (and many times throughout!) we would hear horror stories of renovations and general contractors and began to second guess what we got ourselves into. I’ll start by saying that our experience with Wesgrove was the complete opposite of every story we heard.

From the first phone call with Jason, we could tell he and his team take pride in their work and it’s obvious they love what they do. They kept up great communication with us and kept us informed of everything going on at the house. We loved that they even had an app with a schedule for all trades so we could check in to see what was happening every day. Wesgrove was so meticulous with planning that in the end they kept within the budget, and even finished the project two weeks earlier than the original estimate! After living with the reno for three months, we can confidently say the quality is outstanding, and there is nowhere where we felt that Wesgrove was trying to cut costs or compromise on quality. We are so proud of the work they have done and the home they built for us, and we hope they are too.
