Chris

Legacy Contracting & Construction installed our 4-panel patio folding door. This was done on an existing home, so they had to cut a 10’ wide hole in the side of the house. No easy task. Not to mention the assembly of the door with tons of moving parts and then making sure it’s sealed and functioning properly. Stephen’s team did thorough job, including keeping the worksite picked up after each workday. They were skilled and very professional. If you’re looking to get your home remodeled, give Stephen a call. He’ll make sure it’s done right at a reasonable price.

I can’t say enough good things about Stephen and his team. From the very beginning, I felt like I was in good hands. Stephen took the time to personally come out and assess the damage instead of just asking for photos, which meant a lot to me. It showed how much he genuinely cares about doing the job right. The repair work on my wall and window ledge turned out better than I imagined. Everything looks seamless and beautifully finished, like the damage was never even there. You can truly see the pride and care that went into the work

He had a few tiles pop off in our kids bathroom and found mold behind them. I searched our local Facebook neighborhood board and found several contractors that had been recommended. Stephen with Legacy came out and gave us a quote within 15 minutes of his arrival. We accepted his bid. He and his team arrived the next day. He knew the concern we had with the mold and he echoed it. I can't thank he and his team enough for getting us taken care of. The quality, care and professionalism is above and beyond.
