Verified Builders

We had a very positive experience. While there were a few unforeseen challenges—expected when working on a 1930s home—Tomer handled everything seamlessly, coordinating both the sewer line replacement and the new HVAC solution with impressive efficiency. The entire process moved quickly, and permit handling was smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was the team’s communication and transparency. We received timely updates throughout, and everything was clearly explained at each stage. The craftsmanship was top quality across the board, with strong attention to detail and crews who took pride in reviewing their own work. On the rare occasion something wasn’t up to standard, Tomer proactively scheduled rework without hesitation. That level of accountability and commitment to excellence is something we truly appreciated. We will have no hesitation in referring Verified Builders to friends and family. Similarly, they’ll be our first call for any future projects.

Tomer and his team did an amazing job in my full remodel project. The project was large and including a full kitchen expansion and upgrade, stair and hallway remodel, closet relocation and new flooring throughout. I felt comfortable from the first meeting with Tomer that he could handle the project and he exceeded my expectations. Everyone who performed the work was trustworthy and had great craftsmanship. Even with encountering some challenges in the plumbing reconfiguration, Tomer and his team found solutions to make the remodel a success. I highly recommend Verified Builders and will use them again in any future remodel work I have.

We interviewed several contractors for our historic home renovation and chose Verified Builders for their smooth process, clear communication, and fair pricing. We are so glad we did! Tomer and Solomon checked in on-site almost every day to keep everything on track. Permitting and inspections, which are often a major source of delays, were handled seamlessly. All of the subcontractors were professional and skilled. The tile work was so exceptional that even the inspectors commented on it. We highly recommend Verified Builders!

Tomer and his team are amazing. We are so happy with how our project turned out. It was not only affordable, they did great work and finished in 12 days, a fraction of what they estimated it would take. They were fast and dependable. Tomer has great communication skills and was in touch with us every single day and every step of the way. He is knowledgeable, patient, and honest! We would highly recommend him! And he is the first person we will call next time we have a project!

Just moved into our house in Highlands Ranch and needed the basement finished right away. Spent some time looking online for a GC and came across Tomer & Verified Builders. ChatGPT could not dig up anything negative about this company on any platform on the web and after working with him for the last ~2 months, now I know why. I liked Tomer from our initial meeting. He asked questions about my family and our lifestyle, how we would use the space now and how it might evolve in the future, and helped me come up with a layout with longevity. We ended up with a spectacular product. Bedroom & full bathroom, living room/play area, and home gym. Tomer was present throughout the project, checking on things in-person 2-3x per week and available 24/7 via text. We had no prior experience and aren't handy ourselves, so we had a LOT of questions. Tomer guided us through everything and was always happy to explain options and give his professional opinion. There were many times I said "It doesn't really matter to me; do whatever you think is best" and I never regretted it. Tomer's entire crew (drywall, carpenter, electrician, plumbers, painters, etc) was timely, considerate, and respectful. They were friendly and great with my kids, were quiet/gone by the hours we requested, worked insanely hard, and kept the site clean. They finished the project sooner than Tomer had estimated, and quality was absolutely not compromised. About halfway through the basement project, we decided to also hire Verified Builders to replace the hardwood and tile floors on our main level with LVP. Job was done in a day and floors look fantastic. We will have many more renovation/remodel projects in this home and will never look beyond Verified Builders for the work. You never know what you are going to get when you hire someone you find online, but trust the reviews and hire Tomer & Verified Builders.
