Working with Compelling Homes was truly the best experience I’ve ever had with any company. From the very first meeting, we knew this was the company to complete our basement remodel. The designers took the time to sit with us, listen carefully, and spent countless hours to make the best possible usage of our space a reality. Every personal interaction was thoughtful, warm, and genuine with everyone on their team. Their designers brought such creativity and passion to every detail, and they made us feel completely comfortable throughout the process. They encouraged our ideas, offered solutions and patiently guided us through every step of the process. The team cared about getting the build right but also ensuring that the build went as smoothly as it could, from having the area cleaned up every day, to enforcing a strict 8-5 timeframe with contractors so when our work was done at the end of the day, we didn't have to worry about having people encroaching on our family time, to checking with us throughout every step of the process. The entire project flowed seamlessly because of their professionalism and their commitment to customer service. I never had to worry, because I knew I was in the best hands possible. With our basement having just been completed, we're already talking about the next project to bring them in on. I did a complete bathroom, walk in closet remodel and new flooring throughout bedroom. Rusty and Denise are great to work with. The project manager was on site every day. Their team of plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc. were very professional. I trusted the team enough to go away for a couple months while they completed the project. I'm so happy with the outcome of my remodel and the professionalism of Compelling Homes that I've already hired them for my kitchen remodel!!

Compelling Homes were excellent partners for our remodel. We had the "formal dining room" in the front of our house and did not use the space well. They helped turn room into an office and walk-in pantry of my wife's dreams! From the start, Rusty and Denise were great to work with. They listened to our ideas and answered all of our questions. There is no question too dumb or little. Then moving to the shopping phase it was great as they helped guide us to what will work well together and what matched our personalities for colors, patterns and hardware. Then Mark, our project manager, went above and beyond working with us through having a toddler running around the job site, a family emergency and curious pets going where they shouldn't be. Again, no question was dumb and he answered all of our questions/concerns to let us know if these things were normal or not. Mark clearly communicated through the whole process and promptly had his trades return, when needed. The project took 10 weeks and the whole team made it as painless as possible.
