I have had the pleasure of hiring Sorce Construction for several projects, ranging from minor work like installing a microwave to major renovations and new room additions. Every project was completed with outstanding quality, efficiency, clear communication, reliability and integrity. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
Shane at Sorce construction will restore your faith in contractors! We were in constant communication through every step of our project. Shane offered creative solutions in our design when we needed to adjust our plan.We love how everything turned out and we will definitely call Sorce Construction again.
Sorce provided a comprehensive estimate for a Tenant Improvement Project for the company I work for. Once we were able to approve their estimate they walked us through our project and completed it without any real hiccups or roadblocks, a week prior to scheduled finish date. Price was great, work was great, great all around. Loved working with Shane and Jakobi. 100% would use them again.
We hired Sorce Construction for our business property. We were quoted about a 6 month process. Which we knew it could be longer bc that’s how construction goes.It took a year and a half for them to “complete” their tasks! Multiple days on end they didn’t show up. No communication, we had to hound for communication and a schedule (still running a business during this process). Workers they hired were awful, unprofessional and left major messes everywhere (once again understandable the first couple times bc it is construction but we had to ask MANY times for them to clean up due to our business being ran.)Every person they hired, from painters, and floors to masonry HAD TO COME OUT MULTIPLE TIMES TO FIX THEIR WORK. Sorce never came and inspected their work after completion leaving us to call and express our complete disappointment and frustration which then they would come out. They had to paint 3x and it’s still all coming off. With the work we received, having a contractor, we would have been better off hiring people individually ourselves. It was insane. Caused so much stress and loss of money. We’d have to shut down parts of the business for them to re do a job AND THEY WOULDN'T SHOW UP AS SCHEDULED. Their response “well we are having to finish another job”We lost so much money with this process. Afterwards we still owed $20k but had to pay it in about 4 payments bc business was hurting for being shut down so much. Shane continued to hassle us for money (mind you many things still not completed to satisfactory, chipped paint and epoxy floors coming up, peeling like a sticker) we didn’t want them back on our property so we just paid our bill and moved on.Shane was nice and professional when face to face (if you cold get him) had all the right answers and was upset with the work completed as well. But it never changed his work process continuing to send people out and not check up.He does have a worker, Hunter. Amazing guy. Hard worker. Poor guy was sent out to FIX all mistakes. We enjoyed Hunter a lot.I’m glad to see other people and better experiences with Sorce but we didn’t at all.
Sorce Construction designed and built two large hardwood decks onto the back of our home, and we could not be more pleased. I highly recommend this professional crew if you're looking for a high-quality deck.
