Residence – Design. Build. Remodel.

We’re so happy with our new kitchen from Residence Design Build! Just a couple of items left, our custom floating shelves and some final touch ups, but the appliances are in and we’ve already been using the space. Keith gave us two design options: one that fit our original budget, and another that offered more functionality for us with two young kids. We loved the second option so much that we went with it, and it’s made such a difference. We worked mostly with Jenna and Vasil, who were phenomenal. Communication was always quick and open, and they were great about addressing any concerns. Vasil’s craftsmanship and skill kept the process moving along smoothly and on time with the project timeline. Like any renovation, there were a few hiccups, which is expected, but the open communication with their team allowed everything to continue smoothly. Overall, we’re thrilled with how it turned out and would definitely recommend their team.

We are so happy with our kitchen and first floor remodel! It doesn’t even look like the same space! We are so thankful for Jenna’s vision for our house and seeing it come to life. She is so laid back and easy to work with, providing her input, but working directly with you to make sure the space has your personal choices as well. She worked so hard to consider our budget during the project. The project manager, Vasil, is amazing! He is kind and hard working and reliable. He made the process of having the remodel take over your house so much better! We were always comfortable with him in the house. Thank you to the entire team!

Keith and team did an amazing job from start to finish on our kitchen remodel! It was very clear from the beginning that Keith had 30 yrs of experience doing design and remodel work. He helped with the design, incorporating both aesthetic and functional elements that really transformed our space. Jenna was also very knowledgeable and always in touch and answering questions along the way. Vasil was on site everyday, he was timely, kind and worked so hard. They kept the workspace clean. They finished the job in less time than they estimated and it is absolutely stunning!!! We could not be happier with the entire experience. We will be coming to them for all of our future remodels!!

We have never done a remodel and had no idea what to expect. Honestly we didn't really know what we were doing when we met at the design room but Keith and Jenna were so knowledgeable. We immediately felt as ease. Our original kitchen was from the 40's and had never been updated and we needed something clean and beautiful. They delivered! The kitchen is so amazing and the contractor that did the work was meticulous and thorough. I am so unbelievably grateful that we chose this company for our model. Our two bathrooms are next!

We are so happy to have found Residence Design Build Remodel. Keith's team was so wonderful to work with. From the first visit and picking a design, to selecting finishes and appliances, to the actual work period, the entire experience was a delight. When work began, there was work happening everyday, never a down day or delays. Our kitchen is exactly the dream space I had been envisioning for years. It is beautiful and packed with convenient features - including a mixer lift and additional oven in a baking area! Keith, Jenna, Vasil and everyone else were so kind and responsive from start to finish. We will not work with anyone else on future projects!
