Dove Creek Contracting

We had an excellent experience with Dove Creek. We have all heard the horror stories of going way over the time and dollars budgeted, or contractors going MIA to work on another project or for no known reason. Not Dove Creek. They scheduled our reno when they were ready, and then were on it until it was completed. They put a superintendent on site to manage the project and various sub-contractors from start to finish. He was excellent. The company's founder and CEO, Will, was involved in every step of the planning and budgeting, and also does some of the hands on work. We were present in the home for some finish-up work and saw them take great care, but they were so quiet we didn't even notice they were there at times. Best of all, we love the final results.

Dove Creek is a talented team of people with great intgrity who pride themselves on meeting and even exceeding their clients expectations. They seamlessly accomplish this through daily progress reports, weekly meetings with the homeowner, extensive research when the occassional challenge arises and most importantly, they listen! Their attention to detail knows no bounds and their creativity is a joy to see in action! All this they accomplish with a sense of humor that assures a most enjoyable experience for the homeowner. Josh, Evan...we can't thank you enough for the best collaborative and creative experience we have ever had! Special shoutout to Temple and Russell in their supporting roles! These folks are hands-down the best contractors in the Triangle. From start to finish the communication was timely, thorough, and transparent. Every day we received an update on exactly what had been accomplished and what inspections were on the horizon. If you like a good Gantt chart for project planning, won’t be disappointed! They checked in and got our buy-in whenever there was an inevitable adjustment to the plan. And they ensured that we stayed within our budget and that the project was accomplished on time. On multiple occasions they went above and beyond in small ways that make a big difference. We worked most closely with Will and Brian who are also just lovely people. They brought a lot of kindness, organizational skills, and patience to what has the potential to otherwise be a transactional and chaotic process. Thank you guys!
