Nik Construction Ltd

Nik and his team made us the cutest new pantry. They relocated our washer and dryer to our basement. They opened up the old space which was a small laundry closet and built my dream pantry complete with coffee station. They were very reliable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Nik and company is so amazing. They did our basement renovations about 5 years ago, and I can say it's still looking brand new! And this year they did our beautiful front porch, huge back deck, replaced all of windows and doors, and repainted the exterior of our house. I'm sure I have added a lot more value to our property for all the jobs done perfectly. Our neighbors love them too. Everyone at Nik Renovations was very nice and helpful. The quality of work is excellent. Nik is very professional and courteous and so as the entire team. I cannot thank Nik enough for all the hard work they did and I would always recommend them to my family and friends.

After having a negative experience with a different contractor, I felt compelled to write about my experience with Nik Construction, and how positive it was. Nik and his team were amazing to work with. They were easy to communicate with, pleasant, efficient, clean, and the price we paid matched what they quoted us. Above all else, we love the job they did for us. I truly can’t say enough good things about our experience. I highly recommend Nik Construction, and will certainly contact him again for future work.

We've had Nik construction at our home for multiple projects and have been super happy every time. They've installed flooring, fixed my fence, created a parking pad, and did the grading around my entire house. They have high standards so the finished product is always amazing. They also have great communication so you know exactly what's going on with your project at all times. Our neighbours even commented on how nice their work is, and have mentioned how impressed they were with how clean Nik kept the work site. Highly recommend!!!

Nik is the best! After having a negative experience with a larger contractor in the area who abandoned our bathroom renovation job part-way through, Nik came to the rescue. He and his team did beautiful work, were fast and efficient, and his rates were super reasonable. He was a great communicator, very amiable and easy to work with. I had done most of the design work and ordering on the bathroom already, and he was really wonderful in being able to step in smoothly and work with what was already in motion, respecting decisions that had already been made but also bringing his own expertise to the project to improve on it. He and his colleague other Nik were also super clean and super courteous in their working habits, treating our home with real care and respect. I'm definitely calling them the next time we have a major project in the house, and you should too…!
