SB Construction was the company we were looking for! The owner, Sam, identified major issues in our home immediately upon entering our house. We had a significant remodel the year before that was a complete disaster. 90 percent of the first remodel needed to be redone. Sam went through the house step by step to make a plan of action. He made a prompt bid in writing. Sam was very professional. After starting the project he found other very important structural issues one could not see until the demolition was completed. His communication about the issues were immediate and always included a resolution. Even though we were out of state most of the remodel he still communicated extremely well. He included a timeline for each item needing to be addressed. All of his subs were experienced. Sam is pleasant, timely, a good communicator, professional and reasonably priced. We will always use SB Construction for any and all future projects.
