Sun City Builders & Remodeling Company

SunCity Builders were great! I am very glad I had chosen to go with them over having my insurance adjuster designate. John and his employees made this process much easier and stress-free! I would highly recommend them for any projects you might run into. The completed work alone just shows the professionalism with this company. Once again, thank you for everything and I will be in touch when I have more work to do!

We cant say enough great things about john and his team! From the beginning John went above and beyond for us. Unfortunately when we started our process, we had started it with another company that mishandled our blueprints and we did not get what we paid for. After informing john of the messy situation, he didnt turn us away like most would. Instead he took it upon himself to personally direct us/assist us in properly retrieving our blueprints as well as making all necessary corrections that were neglected by the initial company. Through every step of the construction process, john and his team provided a very detailed itinerary of what was to come. They worked extremely fast, safe, and very clean while also caring about the work they were doing and making sure it was all completely done to our liking. Any and all concerns were ALWAYS addressed immediately with care and professionalism. Communication was always an A+. John and/or one of his team members always kept in touch and us informed with the plan/process. He really took into consideration our budget and his quotes on everything we wanted as well as extras were VERY fair. He regularly kept us up to date with pricing on certain material and of there were any changes at all. Very transparent and honest with pricing. John also helped me surprise my wife last minute with getting her dream kitchen. Again, they work tirelessly to ensure your dream home becomes a reality while making the whole process as smooth as can be. We will DEFINITELY be calling them back for future projects and highly recommend them to everyone to deliver you your dream home! ??

I recently had my kitchen remodeled and have never been happier to find a contractor like John Bryan. From our initial meeting and throughout the entire process he listened to my wants and needs and advised me on the best options. He made frequent visits to make sure everything was going as planned, and if I had any concerns, he would address and correct them. He is easy to work with and his whole crew was positive and helpful. I especially appreciated Savannah who called me on a daily basis to let me know what to expect and who was scheduled for that day. She was always cheerful and helpful. I'm very happy with the results and would not hesitate to call on him again. Thank you John.

John and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They were very professional and courteous. John kept us informed on plans for the work and of any issues that arose. This allowed us to make adjustments quickly and with minimal impact to the schedule. John was very helpful in our discussions and gave much appreciated input and advice concerning options. He added ceiling height and removed walls to give us what we had envisioned, only better. He was always cognizant of our budget and worked to minimize change orders. We are extremely happy and confident with the results of the renovations done to our home. John delivered on everything we asked for and then some. We would highly recommend Sun City Builders and Remodeling Company to everyone and we will call John for any future remodeling needs.
