Every person brought professionalism, skill, and genuine care to the project. But most importantly, Chris, the owner, sets the tone for the whole company. His commitment to quality, communication, and customer satisfaction truly shows in every detail. The attention to detail, constant communication, and care taken with my property were all outstanding. Neighbors are literally calling me to tell me how wonderful my house looks, which says everything. Working with Magnolia was a professional experience from start to finish. I was able to get a clear estimate of how much our project would cost, which I wasn't able to get at some other contractors I spoke to. With such a big footprint in the NJ renovation space, I wasn't sure what to expect on pricing but found their estimates comparable with all the other contractors we spoke to. We had some tricky challenges with parts of our project, but Magnolia was able to facilitate those conversations for us and help us understand ripple effects of our decisions. As a first-time renovator that made a huge difference in the entire project and was very appreciated. Magnolia performed our kitchen remodel about a year ago. We are pleased with how it turned out and how everything has held up so far. We didnt want to change the footprint of the house and they were able to make it happen. The kitchen is on the smaller side, but it feels like we can do more than before with how it turned out.
