Our kitchen remodel with David and crew from Pacific Coast Remodeling was great from bid to finish!. We were very pleasantly surprised when we saw the bid, which was also the final cost and much lower than we expected. The kitchen was mostly still the original 1941, including old cabinets and soffits, which seemed to have no real function and took up lots of upper wall space. Below are pictures of the before kitchen, ready to be remodeled and the after kitchen. The cabinets are from Woodeye Custom Cabinetry. David worked really hard to make sure he and his crew were doing what we wanted, though we also found their suggestions helpful. And they did it all in a timely fashion, keeping us informed along the way. The result was even better than we had hoped.

Dave Lemon and his crew at Pacific Coast Remodeling just finished a major flooring project in my home and I couldn’t be happier with their work and the results. They replaced 1600 square feet of mismatched flooring with new luxury vinyl planks. In the process they had to level some uneven spots, remove some old carpet and refasten some of the old flooring to eliminate a lot of squeaks. They removed old baseboards and replaced them all with freshly painted, caulked and well fitted new boards. Their workmanship was outstanding and they worked hard on the job from start to finish. Throughout the project they consulted with me about how best to complete the work and which choices would look best and last longest. Their attention to detail is really extraordinary. I’m sure I will use PCR in the future and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Excellent work at a fair price.
